Aparthotel Familie Hugenschmidt

I’d like to start by saying I did a lot of research on hotels in Zurich before booking. Many reviews mentioned noise at night, especially in the city center, which made me hesitant. However, after reading through feedback for Aparthotel Zurich, I found only a couple of slightly negative comments out of many, which gave me confidence to book.
From the start, communication was excellent—emails were answered quickly and thoroughly. I was asked about my arrival time, and when I got there, someone greeted me right away. They even allowed us to check in early so we could rest before heading out to explore, which was greatly appreciated.
The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. They provided restaurant recommendations in the area and even helped us find alternatives when one place was fully booked. They also assisted with navigating the city, printing out routes and giving clear directions whenever we asked.
The location is very convenient, with trams and buses less than a minute’s walk from the front door. It’s under 15 minutes to the train station and even closer to the city center, making it easy to get around.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. Although it was noted that there would be no housekeeping on Sunday, we returned to find the beds made and towels refreshed, which was a pleasant surprise.
The only minor downside for me—coming from Florida—was the lack of air conditioning. However, I was informed that the weather is typically cool this time of year (which it was), and opening the windows at night helped keep the room comfortable.
Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay. I travel frequently for work, and if I return to Zurich, I will definitely be requesting to stay here again.

O hotel é familiar e a atenção é total. Você é recebido pelos donos que estão interessados na sua estadia em Zurique. Recebi um up grade no quarto o que sempre te deixa muito feliz. O hotel é muito tranquilo para dormir, perto dele existem cafeterias e supermercado. Está há 5 minutos do Centro. Para um dia ensolarado é possível ir caminhando pelas margens do lago. No final, uma caixa de chocolate suiço para deixar você com gosto de quero voltar. O mais importante: hotel limpo ao extremo. Extremamente limpo e colchão confortável. Escolha a melhor suite e desfrute de Zurique.

Accueil très chaleureux, et personnel qui s'adapte aux besoins du client si nécessaire.
Chambre très propre et fonctionelle.
Environnement très calme.

durchdachte und liebevolle, hochwertige Ausstattung, alles, was man wirklich braucht ist vorhanden, modernes Zimmer und liebenswürdige Betreuung mit familiärem Touch.
Sehr gute Betten.

Beautiful, warm, and cosy room. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the treats left in the room were a lovely touch. The tram stop is right beside the hotel, which made getting around very easy. Samantha was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Super Lage und sehr ruhig (ein paar Häuser zurückversetzt zur Seefeldstrasse).
Bequemes, sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer.
Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin (Inhaberin).

Die Lage war perfekt. In nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Tram mitten in der Stadt. Die Tramstation wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Bäckereien etc. alles gleich um die Ecke. Top.
