Pros:

The hotel room we were given was far below any reasonable standard for the price we paid. Travelling with a pet should not justify a room that is dirty, visibly worn, with broken amenities and an overall condition comparable to a low-budget, one-star facility.

It is also reasonable to expect that the accommodation provider is fully aware of the condition of their rooms. During a short two-night stay, it should not be the customer’s responsibility to identify and report every deficiency or inconsistency.

Equally disappointing was the response to our well-formulated feedback and complaint. The service was blunt, dismissive, and showed no willingness to address the issue constructively.

The spa facilities themselves are small and outdated, and the on-site restaurant, O’Learys, is of similarly low standard while charging disproportionately high prices.

Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience on every level. I would strongly advise others to avoid Holiday Club accommodation.

Kiva pikku irtiotto arjesta. Huoneistoja kylpylän lähettyvillä voi kyllä suositella majoittumiseen!
Pros:

Kiva huoneisto lähellä kylpylää. Huoneisto hyvin varusteltu. Kylpylähotellin yhteydessä olevasta ravintolasta sai todella hyvää ruokaa ja henkilökunta ihana.

Cons:

Kylpylä on parhaat päivänsä jo nähnyt. Paikoin jopa epäsiisti vaikutelma.

Nice apartment with good location
Pros:

Modern, clean and functional interior in our studio apartment. It was located in main building so we could easily walk to spa in bathrobes provided by the apartment. The location is next to large variety of cross country ski tracks, unfortunately this year there was not much snow and surprisingly it had almost all melted. Not very usual. You could access Ruka ski trails by ski bus from nearby stop.

Cons:

You have to pay quite a lot extra for the spa.

Una estancia muy buena en un lugar precioso
Pros:

La ubicación es fabulosa, justo frente un lago con unas vistas estupendas. La casa es muy amplia y está bien dotada. La cocina es moderna y las camas son cómodas.

Cons:

Los precios de los servicios adicionales (spa, piscina, desayuno...) son muy altos para lo que ofrecen

Huoneisto oli kiva.

Cons:

Jonottaminen respaan joka asiassa. Ei erillistä jonoa esim kylpylälipuille vaan piti jonottaa chek in asiakkaiden kanssa.
