Cons:

Veel schimmel, smoezelig en vies. Schimmelgeur in de hele kamer. Geen afzuiging in de douche. Donkere badkamer en kamer. Heel gehorig.

Not the best place, but THE place to stay in Pieterburen - be mindful of the phising WhatsApps!
Pros:

This hotel is THE place to stay in Pieterburen - it is at the start of the Pieterpad, right where the wadlopen starts and at the main square where they also own a restaurant, cafe and souvenir shop / reception. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit outdated and definitely expensive for what you get. Our room was very warm and the window could not really open and even though there was a fan, that was not really helping. The room is very basic and could use an upgrade. Furthermore, the hotel has been hacked - I received several WhatsApps with my booking details asking me to confirm my booking / click a link that did not come from the hotel. Luckily I checked with them before I did anything and flagged the issue, but not sure if it has been addressed yet. They just told me they were following up with their IT provider, but it's quite worrying to be honest.

Pros:

We cycled the Pieterfietspad (South to North) and it was very welcome to end our trip in a place that had spa facilities! :-)
The room was a good size and had a coffee machine and bath.

Kamer was ruim.

Cons:

Kamer was compleet sfeerloos. Geen kast. Een soort Nespresso apparaat met cups waarvan onduidelijk was wat erin zat. Douchedeur klemde op de vloer.

Das Personal an der Reception war aufmerksam und sehr bemüht!

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren in keinen guten zustand, schlechte Luft, sehr Dunkel und schmutzig!
Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich! Brötchen hart und ungenießbar! Jeden Tag die gleiche Wurst!
Die Tische wurden morgens nicht gleich abgeräumt.
