Geen zeep/shampoo. Tussendeur voor kamers kon niet op slot. TV werkt niet en bij melden werd gevraagd of ik dan wel echt tv wilde gaan kijken?! Lang moeten wachten op het opnemen van de bestelling. Ontbijtmogelijkheden niet flexibel of een snauw.
