Did not know if breakfast was included we did not get much information from the person at the front desk upon check in so we are out for breakfast

Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und alles was man braucht da, sogar kostenlos Trinkwasser und Kaffee, WELAN auch frei, Bitten wurden ermöglicht.
Es ist gut, dass das Hotel so nah am Flughafen liegt für kurze Zwischenstopps aber wenn man was unternehmen will, ist man sehr weit ab jeglicher Möglichkeiten, zu Fuß geht nichts.
Ich konnte sogar ohne Aufpreis bis 16 Uhr da bleibe 👍sehr super und ich war sehr dankbar dafür
Das Frühstück war jetzt Werder umfangreich noch gab es eine Auswahl aber es hat geschmeckt 😀

I didnt stay for breakfast or any meals. I was please to note there is a restaurant on the property that I will try next time. It was closed the day I was there. I like the proximity to the airport and that was why i chose it. The room was small but comfortable for a short stay /overnight visit. I will stay again in future.

This hotel is perfect for stop overs in Trinidad . It is close to airport, they include a shuttle to and from airport, have breakfast included in room price, although we had to leave earlier than it was offered. The restaurant on 3rd floor provided a delicious Indian meal. The room comfy.
For myself, the room was booked/confirmed on booking.com, for a 2 bedded room. When we got there, there was no reservation. They had a room, with one bed, which was fine, however we were charged for the bigger room. I contacted the manager who was to send the refund difference via pay pal, but never received it.
The hotel is attached to a Thai/Indian restaurant with excellent food.
Our flight left too early to have breakfast but we had dinner at the restaurant connected with the hotel. It was excellent food- authentic Indian and Thai food. My daughter and granddaughter who live in Trinidad joined us for dinner and also said it was excellent.
The water in the shower was barely warm rather than hot.

Upon arrival at the hotel.. the door was locked, the driver was kind enough to wait outside while he tried to contact an employee who eventually opened the door of the facility. No security was present on the premises also which was a bit worrying at that time of night.
Close to the airport and free very early morning shuttled to airport, friendly reception. Netflix available on TV, comfortable mattress

No toiletries provided except soap, no hairdryer. possible could have asked reception but closed by time I washed hair.
Could not see out window as small and stained glass, a few of the fittings needed tightening . No Artwork.

The hotel advertised amenities that they do not offer. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the room was far below what was advertised.
The toilet had visible stains, the shower holder was rusty, and the faucet was dirty and mouldy. The room smelled stuffy and unclean. There was no breakfast included, no slippers or robe, and the towels were washed out and worn. The minibar was misleadingly advertised—there was no minibar service, only two small bottles of water placed haphazardly in the fridge. The electric kettle appeared dirty and unhygienic. The staff wasn't very friendly and there was no one stationed at reception to open the remote buzz doors and provide other assistance. I was left standing outside for 5 mins trying to get attention from anyone in the building.
Overall, the facilities did not meet basic cleanliness standards nor match the advertised description, which was disappointing and misleading.
Perfect for easy access to the airport comfortable beds, clean. Good breakfast 🤤
