Upon arrival at the hotel.. the door was locked, the driver was kind enough to wait outside while he tried to contact an employee who eventually opened the door of the facility. No security was present on the premises also which was a bit worrying at that time of night.
Close to the airport and free very early morning shuttled to airport, friendly reception. Netflix available on TV, comfortable mattress

No toiletries provided except soap, no hairdryer. possible could have asked reception but closed by time I washed hair.

The hotel advertised amenities that they do not offer. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the room was far below what was advertised.
The toilet had visible stains, the shower holder was rusty, and the faucet was dirty and mouldy. The room smelled stuffy and unclean. There was no breakfast included, no slippers or robe, and the towels were washed out and worn. The minibar was misleadingly advertised—there was no minibar service, only two small bottles of water placed haphazardly in the fridge. The electric kettle appeared dirty and unhygienic. The staff wasn't very friendly and there was no one stationed at reception to open the remote buzz doors and provide other assistance. I was left standing outside for 5 mins trying to get attention from anyone in the building.
Overall, the facilities did not meet basic cleanliness standards nor match the advertised description, which was disappointing and misleading.

Der Airport-Shuttle hat gut funktioniert.
Ich habe ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer über Booking.com gebucht. Der angezeigte Preis betrug 110,38 €, tatsächlich wurden mir jedoch 117,03 € abgebucht. Auf meine Nachfrage hin teilte das Hotel mit, dies liege an einem extra hoch festgesetzten Wechselkurs von Trinidad-Dollar zu US-Dollar. Für mich wirkt dies wie vorsätzliche Täuschung, da der Kunde im Vorfeld nicht transparent informiert wird – ein Verhalten, das ich als absolut inakzeptabel empfinde.
Darüber hinaus weigert sich das Hotel trotz zweifacher Aufforderung, eine ordentliche Rechnung auszustellen. Als Gast erwarte ich, dass Buchungen korrekt abgerechnet werden und dass Rechnungen bei Bedarf bereitgestellt werden. Die mangelnde Kooperation des Hotels in diesem Punkt ist sehr enttäuschend und entspricht keineswegs professionellem Kundenservice.
Insgesamt waren Preisgestaltung und Service extrem unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich, weshalb ich nur 1 Stern vergeben kann. Ich kann dieses Hotel unter diesen Umständen nicht empfehlen.
Decent place close to airport
Front desk person ( ? Indian origin middle aged woman late evening of Jan 16, 2026) was hostile, rude, made the checkin experience poor, is not projecting a desirable image of the hotel.

The receptionist was pleasant. It was clean. The reception area is visually appealing. Airport transport didn't disappoint as it arrived quickly.
Not sure if it was other guests but there was continuous talking and activity that can be heard in the hallway in the middle of the night and early morning. Also the bed sheets had stains here and there. So I think they should get new sheets instead of washing and reusing.
