Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, está todo cerca, colectivos, alquiler de auto y se encuentra en la misma calle de restaurantes, a cuadra y media de un supermercado..
Además el desayuno es bueno

Cons:

Extremadamente ruidoso. Se siente mucho el ruido exterior y el ruido en los pasillos. Está casi al lado de un boliche y se escucha mucho el ruido por la noche (al menos el fin de semana).
La música del boliche, personas hablando fuerte en los pasillos y sobretodo una alarma muy fuerte que provenía de una oficina que estaba al lado de nuestra habitación (piso 6) nos despertaron un total de 4 veces en la noche. Casi nos cambiamos de hotel, sin importar que ya habíamos pagado la siguiente noche.. muy frustrante

Pros:

One staff member was relatively friendly. Close to the car dealership Hertz

Cons:

Very loud disco next door - impossible to sleep. Music blasting until 4am. We had earplugs but it didn't help.
Dirty rooms. Like really dirty bathroom.
Breakfast was of low quality. Bread was very hard, coffee bitter, it was sad.
Staff wanted us to pay 30.000 for a stain on a towel in the end. I couldn't believe it.
We paid for a large room and only received a small room.
This list goes on and on. Not sure where the good reviews come fromm
