Pros:

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Glass glasses and ceramic cups for coffee...high class. Real coffee in a pot. Very comfortable beds. A very beautiful setting.

Excellent and well worth the visit
Pros:

I loved Jacob in the bar. He was by himself yet kept a very positive attitude no mater how busy it got. Kept up with us as every guest there. He remember our drinks off the top of his head even tho it was extremely busy. He excited drinks and presentation very well. I have never ever in my life experienced anyone like him I am highly impressed with him. Mikel from the front test was funny and professional he was absolutely fantastic and it was so quick and easy to check in. The room was very nice as well as very clean. The overall experience was immaculate

Cons:

When we went to the bar our bartender Javon was busy. Someone else brought in our appetizer and she did not look at us, give us plates, silverware, or napkins. And was pretty rude. I didn’t catch her name but she was our only complaint.

We rolled the dice on this hotel and had an incredible experience
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located for touring the wineries at Red MOUNTAIN. I also love that it is right on the Columbia River. We were able to enjoy the river walk before and after dinner. The restaurant was wonderful. The staff is very friendly

We loved that we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate chip cookie

Cons:

The room was really noisy it was kinda hard to sleep some kind of water pump? It was very loud in our room.

Phenomenal place to stay except the TV was outdated.
Pros:

The room itself was beautiful and spacious and had a great view of the river. Our only complaint is that the TV was outdated and did not support any streaming apps whatsoever. We had to watch whatever was playing on the channels only. Other than that our stay was really comfortable and we would happily stay again!

Outdated TV and no support for streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.
