The room was quite spacious.

Cons:

The room and the building overall is in a tired condition, with clear need of refurbishing. The mattresses were super firm and uncomfortable for us. The room didnt appear clean, perhaps mostly due to the tired condition like the bath had turned yellowish.

部屋はコンパクトで清潔だったが、３泊ステイの老人夫婦にはせっかくの大きなバスタブも使い勝手に問題あり。惜しいかな惜しいかな。
Pros:

地の利は良かった。今回は初利用、以前よく利用した大きなホテルの背後だったのですぐに探し出せた。玄関ロビーには無料コーヒーが用意されていたので三日間滞在の際に何回も利用した。エレベーターで３階へ、大きな廊下の先の部屋は全体としてとても清潔だった。妻と別々に寝む習慣なのでツインベットを選んだが、シングル用とダブルが分けられていた。大きくて余裕がありありがたかった。毎日清掃後の部屋には３本の無料の水ボトルと湯沸かしポットそれに２本の炭酸飲料水、歯磨きや髭剃りのアメニティが置かれており好感が持てた。トイレとセパレートになった白くて大きな容量のバスタブは気持ちよく入ることができた。私たちのような風呂好きの日本人にバスタブはありがたい。がしかし・・・・

きつい坂道に隠れるように立地するのは元々ラボホテルなのか、部屋の広さに比べて窓が小さいので部屋が薄暗い。アメニティの中にもコンドームが用意されており苦笑、若者向けにはちょうどよいかもしれないが、老人夫婦には笑えてしまった。いったん沓脱でスリッパ履き、トイレもスリッパ履き。清潔好きにはいいが履き替えは厄介だった。まあそれは良い。もっとも困ったのは、せっかくセパレートにしたトイレとバスタブなのに、ゆっくりとバスタブで使いたいボディシャンプやーヘアーシャンプーはトイレ壁に備え付けで外せない。これはトイレで上から浴びるシャワー用か。そのため部屋のアメニティボックスにあった紙コップにあらかじめシャンプーを入れてバスタブへ持ち込むしかない。日本人好みのバスタブの使い方が理解されていないのだろう、と残念無念諦めた。部屋の電気系統仕組みがすべて電子タッチのため明かり点灯がわかりにくかった。音の大きな換気扇も連動していたため静かに眠りたい私たちには困った。部屋の電源も少なすぎる。スマフォをはじめ充電したいものが複数あったので電源足りず困った。３泊連泊したが、小さな窓の外に眺められる風景が味気なく長期滞在には不向きだと感じた。

Hotel récemment rénové, très bien équipé, chambre spacieuse, machine à café expresso dans le hall de l'hotel, réceptionnistes disponibles très rapidement, parking étroit, mais les employés vous font la manoeuvre. Sens du service impeccable !

Good option when visiting Namsan
Pros:

Good location for Busan Tower and shopping district. Good ,metro and bus links close by. Free coffee in the lobby which is really good. I have stayed here several times now and have found it to be a good base for visiting Busan

Cons:

It was sometimes a bit noisy in the street late at night
