I’m very unhappy with my experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and dusty, with visible dust on furniture and floors that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Rooms not cleaned and no one there to clean, ( Pls refer the pictures attached to see the status of rooms when we are arriving, beers bottles everywhere and dust , it is like a garbage store, even it’s not suit for animal to stay there)

What shocked me the most was the swimming pool — it was filled with fungus/mold along the edges and tiles, making it look unhygienic and unsafe to use. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that claims to offer quality accommodation.

Overall cleanliness standards were very poor, and staff didn’t seem concerned when we raised these issues. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel and won’t be returning.
