Pros:

Reception was amazing. He gave a very thorough presentation on all of the amenities and where everything is located. Check in was seamless. The rooms were clean and well proportioned. I would definitely stay at this location again.

It was calm and peaceful! I honestly enjoyed it! I would 100% come back again!
Pros:

I like how there was an extra big bathroom in the lobby. I also loved the gym and pool area! I also loved that they included a bar!

Cons:

I wish there was seating for you to eat at. The breakfast area where there are seats available looked closed. Which I understand it was 10pm but I really wanted to eat there since my mom was sleeping in our room and I didn’t want to wake her up, but other than that everything else was amazing!

Was a great stay, considering circumstances, death in the family.

Wonderful, enough to satisfy anyone's tastes.

Nothing, it was the best of hotels we've stayed at in decades. Staff was well trained and attentive to our needs.

This hotel was a shelter in a storm for us after our car broke down. They extended kindness at every opportunity. The breakfast was nourishing and excellent for a hotel breakfast with hot, hearty food.

Pros:

no bells or whistles. It is, what it is. sub-par at best. electric charger used such low voltage and was so expensive that I made a point to use another charger at a different location.

Cons:

rooms were not comfortable or cozy, the breakfast was a solid blah.

I will for sure be choosing this hotel again when we visit the Rochester area. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff was above reproach. It did not matter what time we were coming in. The people were so nice and professional. To be honest, the customer service felt like we were staying in a high-end hotel. The breakfast was just okay, but the hotel as a whole was the best mid-level hotel we have ever stayed in.
