A MOST ENJOYABLE STAY, THANKS TO WONDERFUL STAFF
Pros:

My husband, sister and I stayed here for a family wedding. We're seasoned travelers and know excellent service when we're fortunate enough to receive it. The staff was outstanding in friendliness and efficiency. The receptionists were most accommodating and each morning at breakfast, our waitress couldn't have been any sweeter or any more attentive. The lovely "meeting room" off the lobby provided a great space for guests and family members to congregate throughout the day and evening. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The place is outdated and most is broken/ malfunctioning: 1) the Peleton bike did not function, after mentioning to the staff no proper acion was taken, 2) the coffee machine was broken therefore no coffee during breakfast, the staff told me the day before it already malfuncitoned (really, only one coffee machine in such a large hotel?), 3) all furnature was worn out, chairs were wobly

Look elsewhere
Pros:

We were looking for somewhere to stay overnight on our way home from Florida to PA. This was not the right choice. It took 7 minutes for staff to return to the desk to check me in. Once we got to the room, it left little to be desired. The lights were awful LED lights that brought no warmth to the room. The carpet was coming up where it met the tile and the bathroom tile was dirty. The pillows were magical though, they disappeared the second your head touched them. The hotel also just had an overall dirty feel with poopy paw prints and spilled dog food in the elevator. Although we had limited staff interaction, the staff we did see were less than friendly not even acknowledging us as we walked by.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
Pros:

We had a great experience! JOE at the front desk was amazing!! I have never had such an easy check-in! He was so fast and polite!
Literally check in was 2 minutes! We have traveled across the United States and never had such a seamless check-in! No wait
WHATSOEVER… key cards were already ready.!
He was a joy !

Pros:

Price was reasonable. Staff was very accommodating, facility was clean.

Cons:

The drapes in our room did not work. Therefore we were unable to block the outdoor lights from the car lot next to the Hotel. It was VERY difficult t0 fall asleep the lights glaring in the room

very unsatisfactory
Pros:

The floor was soaking wet, a huge fan was on when we came into the room. We chose to leave the fan on in order to mitigate the odor.
