Great location, but massively overpriced for standards delivered. No response to charging complaint.

Ridiculous price per night based on what is on offer ans overall quality of hotel.
Despite telling us at checkout we had nothing to pay and have a nice day, the hotel then charged our credit card for "milk". We neither used any hotel milk nor bought any at the hotel during our 4 days. Despite writing to them 3 times, we got no response. Relatively small charge, but we really dislike hotels wrongly taking money and dislike it even more when they blank complaints. House keepign failed to come to the room at all one day. Breakfast choices were awful with no quality fresh cuts and cheeses and not even fresh eggs to be boiled, fried or poached.

I highly recommend this hotel, but would opt for a different room layout.
Pros:

Great Breakfast Selection. Super Clean. Loved the NOON check out time so no hurries in the morning.

Cons:

Room layout was uncomfortable. Had a king suite and the bathroom area was unwieldy in that the sink/mirror/changing area was literally two steps from the bed with NO DOOR -- if the other person wanted to sleep, it was impossible to get ready without disturbing them from bright light. The toilet/shower area was minuscule with nowhere to put down your clothes or barely turn around in - this area had a door.

check in 3 O CLOCK never ready ,5:30 ROOM WE BOUGHT NOT AVAILABLE reservation department failure guarantee room reserved they have negative 2 room. blame booking.com because what they had it didn't matched with our reservation.
check in time only one receptionist unable to fix my issue ask me to more over to continue with other client almost 6pm with a baby despite we ask in advance early check in becuase his birthday

Amazing stay with beautiful staff and comfortable and clean room.
Pros:

Property was amazing. Staff always smiling and friendly. Suite was clean and comfortable for 3 people. Breakfast was very tasty. Location was perfect to stores and event venue.

Have nothing negative to report.

Pros:

One of the best Homewood Suites that we've experienced. Clean, well, appointed suites; engaging & friendly staff and a good mix of well-maintained facilities.

Right in the heart of UTC, its close to endless shopping and ~15 minutes to SRQ.
