Terrible Service.
Pros:

I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty.

Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..

I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money.

I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

Wetzler - the best resort in Moovatupuzha area.
Pros:

This was our repeat stay in Werzler. First time in the chalet and this time in the room. The resort is well maintained with attention to detail and excellent service. The Place has been tastefully done and some rare historic photographs, both from India and all over the world, adorn the reception area. We hope to make this resort our place of stay during our annual visits to this area
