The hotel accepts pets up to 7 kg, the cost of the pet's stay is PLN 250 per night. Pets are only allowed in specified rooms.

Wellness zone is open daily 09:00- 21:00 (19:00- 21:00 wellness zone is open for adults only).

Please note that the outdoor pool is not heated in the fall and winter season.When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.

Położenie hotelu, miła i profesjonalna obsługa od zameldowania na recepcji , poprzez SPA, restaurację i serwis sprzątający. Wyborne śniadania i znakomita restauracja z wyjątkowymi daniami i kartą win. Prawdziwy luksus i relaks jaki trudno znaleźć w innych hotelach.

Za krótki pobyt w tym hotelu, trzeba przyjechać na minimum dwie doby, żeby w pełni doświadczyć tego miejsca

Wyjątkowa lokalizacja tuż nad brzegiem jeziora tworzy niepowtarzalny klimat i pozwala w pełni się zrelaksować. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – bardzo profesjonalna, serdeczna, zawsze uśmiechnięta i gotowa do pomocy. Restauracja hotelowa Botanika to prawdziwy majstersztyk – każde danie zachwyca smakiem i estetyką podania.
Strefa SPA z widokiem, który zapiera dech w piersiach, dopełnia całości i sprawia, że to idealne miejsce na reset oraz naładowanie baterii.
W Polsce naprawdę niewiele jest miejsc, do których wraca się z taką przyjemnością i poczuciem, że wszystko jest dokładnie takie, jak powinno być. To jedno z tych wyjątkowych miejsc, do których chce się wracać – nie tylko dla widoków i komfortu, ale przede wszystkim dla atmosfery.
Z pewnością tu wrócimy – to już nasz drugi dom.

Śniadania były przepyszne,b. duży wybór, szczególnie smaczne i pięknie podane gorące dania robione na zamówienie ale w ramach ceny. Finalnie dostaliśmy pokój ten, o który prosilismy z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro, pierwszą noc spędziliśmy w innym, który także był przestronny i komfortowy. Personel był bardzo pomocny i miły, szczególnie cenne było to w sprawie zamiany pokoju. Zaproponowano nam tez bezpłatny parking podziemny, ale na zew było dużo miejsc do parkowania, co było wygodniejsze. Zapomniałam gumki do włosów, w spa można było ja dostać. Basen i jacuzzi bardzo ok. Przepiękne widoki na jezioro, można było się zrelaksować.

Ceny w restauracji zwalają z nóg. Myślę, ze hotel zyskałby gdyby w tym zakresie bylo lepiej. Skorzystaliśmy z jednej kolacj, pozostałe jedliśmy poza hotelem.
