Pros:

Le personnel de chambre elle sont exceptionnelle respectueuse le personnel du restaurant aussi très cool et le petit déjeuner impeccable

Cons:

L’accès à la connexion internet très compliqué faut toujours descendre à la réception pour qu’on puisse t’aider à te connecter cela doit être beaucoup simplifié une fois on est dans la chambre on doit automatiquement avoir accès à l’internet.

Really nice staff but rooms need a lot more to be at standards considering the room pricing

Staff is very helpful and takes care of your needs during the stay

Cons:

Room amenities are close to the worst I have seen, I changed room during first day due to water leak in bathroom, to top it off, the second room had a tub with drainage that was blocked for which they had to send a technician at 8AM to repair so I can take a shower finally.
