Pros:

部屋がとても広かった。
あと、受付の対応がとても良かった。
タクシーもすぐ呼んでくれたり、チェックインする前から駐車させていただいたり。
来年も利用したいと思いました。

寝泊まりだけならいいです。
Pros:

立地的には商業施設や飲食店が近くにあり、料金も比較的安い。

Cons:

お風呂場、浴槽は広かったけど広すぎて洗い場は寒く、お湯の温度調整が出来なかった点は残念でした。
ハンガーやクローゼットが無かったので仕方なく備え付けの部屋着を外し使わせてもらいました。
部屋の照明がリモコンであり、受付の際に説明が無く入室した時に戸惑いました。
宿泊階が三階でしたがエレベーターは無かったのは残念でした。

Pros:

元ラブホってこともあり、入るまで不安はありましたが、スタッフの方々の明るい挨拶で出向いてくださり、部屋も広々していて、綺麗でした。
家族3人での宿泊で、子供もお風呂の広さに大喜びっ！！
帰りたくないと嫌がるほど、気に入ってました

寝るための最小限と考えればよし
Pros:

いわゆるラブホテルをリノベーションしたものであるためある程度その名残がわかります。
窓メインのスペースに窓からの採光が無いのもその特徴です。
朝はその分ゆっくり寝れるかもしれませんが、時間感覚が狂いがちです。
寝るだけと考えるなら申し分ないです。
ただ浴室の臭いが不快で、配管などの問題があるのかもしれません

Pros:

Good value for money. The name is very deceptive, as the hotel is on a canal that leads to an industrial harbor. The room is very large with a 5 star bathroom. The air conditioning and lighting were good but very hard to figure out, as there were no English instructions.

Clean, large room that is in a great location.
Pros:

To be honest, I was a little weary of this place since the reviews all stated it was a former love hotel and I was traveling with my family of 5. The price and the location convinced me to give it a try and I am glad I did. The room was huge and had plenty of space for us all. The Disney themed bathroom was a cute touch. It was a short walk to a 7/11 and some restaurants, which was very helpful. I can recommend this place as safe and clean for families!

Cons:

The luggage elevator was broken so we had to carry our heavy bag up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Not the best, but not a deal breaker.

Pros:

The bathroom was a cute Disney theme, it was clean and spacious. The main room was big and clean.

Cons:

There was a door off the main room which had a sign on it saying it was for staff use only, with no real way to lock it. That seemed a bit suspect and made us a bit nervous. The shower room door was glass and the toilet door wasn't floor to ceiling, meaning that it was a bit awkward to use it when someone else wanted to get ready using the bathroom mirror.

Pros:

The room was enormous! Beds were very comfortable, although pillows were very firm (common for Japan). No wifi, but staff gave us what we needed to connect our laptop via a network cable.

Only two significant problems:
1. the toilet stank to high heaven. Fortunately the bathroom (including traditional Japanese style showers and a huge bath) didn't smell.
2. The room quite possibly had a pleasant view, but we'll never know, because the only window in the whole 2nd floor room had "bathroom glass" and couldn't be opened.
