Warm and welcoming, and great value in a convenient location.
Pros:

We loved the location. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. And the room was great value and had everything we needed.

Cons:

The kitchen scissors were flimsy, but when I mentioned this to staff they made a note and said they would replace them so not really an issue.

Not quite happy with our stay.
Pros:

Quite and nice location, near to the bus station and MRT

Cons:

No fire evacuation plan inside the room , we are lock inside the as the bedroom lock was broken , we ring the reception no one answer eventhough it says 24 hrs ,no phone inside the room for direct contact to the reception.I have to ring 999 to let us out of the room.If theres a fire theres no escape ,the windows not even open to a small opening to shout for help. Im not happy , no apologies receive from the staff .

Pros:

Had an amazing stay and truly loved the place. Excellent connectivity to the MRT made getting around easy. The front desk staff, Ms. Kaur, was exceptionally helpful and hospitable.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, le personnel très agréable et attentionné, la propreté de la résidence est parfaite notamment durant le séjour ( 1 ménage complet de l'appartement tous les 4 jours inclus dans le prix ). Vraiment à recommander !

We will reccommend to our friends this property in Singapore.
Pros:

We loved our stay 2 adults, a teenager and grandparent. We had the Premium 2 bedroom apartment. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The front desk staff are lovely and quickly answered any questions. The pool was great. The property is very close to Orchard Central, two MRT’s , a supermarket and food stalls close by.

I'll go again.
Pros:

Central location is good, easy to access, the room was spacious, one of the most spacious I saw in Singapore. The Gym is ok, and the pool looks good. The area downstairs to read or work are great and quiet.

Cons:

The room is a bit old, you see it on the floor and the smell of humidity

Super Stadt, schönes Hotel - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Super Lage nur 10 Minuten zur Bahn oder Bus. Auch per Fuß ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. In der Nähe sind alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Diese Stadt sollte jeder einmal gesehen haben

The hotel is a great value for family with kids.
Pros:

The property is at a good location, which is close to several MRT stations including Fort Canning, Summerset, and Dhoby Ghaut. It’s a 15-20 minutes walk from Clarke Quay.

The room is spacious with two queen beds. It equips with a washing&dryer machine, a microwave, a water kettle and some utensils. There’s also a water dispenser on the 1st floor where you can refill your water. An apartment style accommodation for one to live for weeks.

Staff members are all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I’m quite sensitive to noise. There’s been some low pitched sounds going through the walls in my room all day, which sounds like an electric generator turning on and off. The noise is 24/7, and It’s been impacted my sleeps some of the nights during my stay there.
