Family stay is ok.
Pros:

The Location is good, walking distance to Orchard road. Forting park. The room is small but provides a small kitchen for daily use.

Cons:

We booked two rooms, one of the rooms have awful amount of ants everywhere since we moved in. Staff offered to wipe clean but no, ants don't go away until the queen is gone. No one take care of complaint, we got room changed and seems it was the biggest hospitality in Singapore - comparing the European style great hospitality.
Second I didn't like was the room got clean every 4th day. the two rooms we booked, one room got clear on time on every 4th day, my room, rarely got clean, we had to ask and got a "sorry".

Pros:

Es war von der Preisleistung gut und wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Es gab einen tollen Pool

Cons:

Es war sehr laut und das Personal hat beim Gepäck nicht geholfen. Als wir ankamen wollte uns das Personal vertrösten das unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit wäre obwohl wir das Zimmer schon für den Vortag gebucht hatten.

Lovely, smart aparthotel style stay - with brilliant links to the city.
Pros:

Great property to stay at with a family.
Really well linked to the city, clean rooms, nice pool, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, great green scaped building and really good value - would stay again in a heartbeat.
Super internal view from our 5th floor room

Fort Canning Park and the nearby eateries particularly highlights within a 5 minute walk.

Cons:

A little more info about what was and wasn’t working would have been appreciated. Just a small thing really, but forewarning that the pool would be closed half a day for cleaning for example would help plan our day and manage kids expectations.

The additional bed in the kitchen was fine, but a little noisy. With the fridge going on and off and noisy air con unit.

Kitchen space for pepping food and washing up is limited.

Für 2 bis 4 Leute optimal.
Pros:

Herzlicher Empfang und es wurde bei jedem Problem geholfen. Super Lage. Reichlich Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine war vorhanden.

Cons:

Es fehlte mir an simplen Küchenutensilien. Auch habe ich die kleinen Portionstütchen mit Kaffee, Tee, Kakao, Salz, Pfeffer vermisst, was in solchen Unterkünften Standard ist. Es war auch nicht möglich innerhalb von 4 Tagen einen Dosenöffner aufzutreiben. Eine kleine Menge an Öl und Essig wäre wünschenswert und ein echteres Plus für diese Unterkunft.
Den Pool habe ich nicht genutzt, obwohl ich dort auch deswegen gebucht habe, da dieser von den Bewohnern stark genutzt wurde.

Cons:

Bed and sofa bed a bit hard for my liking.
the other rooms sofa bed we rented for my friend had mattress topper ours didnt.
No bidet
Free powdered soap could have been more scented
The door opening in the shower kept bumping the shower head as kids dont tend to read the push/pull sign end up positioning of the shower shifts near the wall.

The room was supposed to be cleaned every 4 days but mine didnt get cleaned on my 4th day.had to check w front desk and they rescheduled the next day.

Still a good stay. 2nd time here.

Washing machine in our room looked a bit worn out already.

Sehr gute Lage, alles in der Nähe, egal in welche Richtung man geht. Moderne Ausstattung, komfortable Betten, Swimmingpool super zum Abkühlen, kleiner Fitnessraum und eine atemberaubende Dachterrasse mit Ausblick. Reinigung 2x die Woche. Einfach empfehlenswert
