Pros:

Great place to stay, apartment fully equipped, very clean.
Bus station nearby, SMRT station in the vicinity too.
Good-priced restaurants and endless shopping possibilities within reach.
Very good choice for the money, I would say.

Great value - Friendly and homely Senior Staff members - refitted amenities - won’t feel like a hotel stay - very peaceful and contending overall ambience

Cons:

Support staff doesn’t have the same undertaking of hospitality. Inconsistency in cleaning, part time staff, these are non issues but due to those can’t give exceptional rating.

Made our 8-days stay great memories for 2 rooms for 4 children and 3 adults; amenities was perfect. Will stay again!

Great location and amenities!
Pros:

This is probably my 12th -15th trip to Singapore and this was the eBay location I found so far - so convenient. I was also impressed with he size, cleanliness and amenities of the apartments.

Cons:

The residences met all requirements, however, a convenience store/vending machine/coffee bar would have been a bonus.

Great place. Uber Clean. Excellent location. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Pros:

I always stay at The Oxley Thanksgiving Residence when I am in Singapore. Staff are fantastic and you cannot beat the location and given how uber expensive everything is in Singapore - the Oxley is super value for money. I cannot thank Rishi the Manager and his lovely staff enough - Manpreet, Joseph, Caden and Prince. Plus the friendly housekeeping staff.

Cons:

I have stayed at the Oxley several times now and I cannot think of a single negative thing. I have also stayed at other locations but keep on coming back to the Oxley so that says it all. I believe there is a minimum stay of 6 nights which sometimes if I am in Singapore for 4 or even 5 nights - I cannot book the Oxley which is a disappointing but relatively minor thing.

Pros:

Good location and nice quiet property. Housekeeping staff is good.

Cons:

Washroom is a little small compared to the rest of the room, but not a deal breaker. The team and staff has a big impact on stay and at oxley, the front desk team is just 😐. If the staff was friendlier it would make our stay feel more like a holiday and not a business trip
