On as fait une demande pour loger, le propritere a accepter, on est arriver de l’aéroport, le taxi nous as déposé, on as attendu 2h le proprietaire car il n’étais pas sur place pour qu’au final il nous dise d’annuler notre réservation nous, car son appartement m’avais PAS ‘airco, donc on c’est retrouvé 5 filles toutes seules à 3h du matin à chercher un logements

Excellent property, everything was neat and clean, 51 floor swimming pool has great view of KL tower and Merdeka tower, everything was top notch, apartment rent was reasonable with fridge,microwave,washing machine,water heater. Will love to travel again !!!

We truly appreciate the hotel staff and the owner. They are extremely quick to respond and very helpful. The service is top-notch—whenever we needed anything, they replied promptly and assisted us right away. Overall, a great experience.

Pros:

franchement bien situé et à l’air luxueux

Cons:

l’ascenseur il faut littéralement attendre 15 minute pour sortir de l’hôtel, ensuite c’était sale les fauteuils etc nous avions pris une suite, la tv était cassé et des lumières ne fonctionnaient pas

Location is good but management is poor.
Pros:

Good location and close to most KLCc attractions. 15/20 mins walk or 7 min cab ride to Pavilion.

Cons:

The property managers are very inefficient and difficult to contact. Our check in and wait times to get codes and access were long and frustrating. The amenities mentioned in the suite are not working and so most can’t be used. The suite itself is large and nice but the management is very poor. We did not have towels For almost 1 day, luggage took more than an hour to come and repeated reminders to clean trash. They charged us for everything but provided very little.

Pros:

Location was good close to monorail and shops and restaurants

Cons:

The bed was very hard. The bathroom was not super clean and the check-in took almost an hour. The hot water was also not very hot.
