Clean and quiet.

Cons:

When we arrived, we were given a room where the water was dripping so much so that the bathroom floor was wet. The room had a nice fromt view though.

As we were staying 6 nights, we asked that they either fix the leak asap or give us another room with a dry bathroom. They gave is another room. However, it had no view and faced the unkempt back lane. We kept the curtains drawn all the time as such.

Pros:

Very nice and friendly staff. Allow to refill coffee, tea and water and clean up the room on day-to-day basis. Not all budget hotel offer this service.

Cons:

Nearby parking is usually full, due to the mall. Might need to park early or late, if not will have some walking distance.
