Pros:

I have to mention the flexibility of the service it was really great I could do an early check in and a late check out paid of course but still it was easily possible communication worked really well and the staff was exceptionally friendly!

My stay was generally okay.
Pros:

The location of the apartments is excellent. I cannot complain.

The room was not cleaned from the time i checked in till I left

Pros:

La struttura è in centro, molto comoda per gli spostamenti.
Il personale è cordiale ed è stato disponibile per tenere i bagagli prima del check in e per un check out presto al mattino.
La zona relax con piscina, palestra ecc BELLISSIMA
peccato per la pioggia che non siamo riusciti ad usufruirne

Cons:

La pulizia non è il massimo, in camera c’erano gli asciugami sporchi, aloni sui vetri, capelli sul pavimento.
Sicuramente per le potenzialità della struttura ci aspettavamo di più.

Pros:

The host, Mr Monir was very responsive and helpful. The location was good - walkable to bukit bintang and Petronas towers, with decent food and mall options available nearby. Rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The washing machine stretched our clothes and the dryer didn't work. When I explained this to the host he said hang it outside and wasn't bothered by our clothes being stretched. There isn't much by way of cookery, utensils etc.
