Perfect.
Pros:

I will travel back to Zurich just to stay here. Swans just out the door across a bridge. Lively and inviting location and love the goodolde well done feel. Thank you

Great location but not ideal during a hot summer
Pros:

The hotels is in a really convenient location and it was certainly very clean. The bed was comfortable.
The staff provided an adapter on loan during our stay which we appreciated.
It was also very quiet despite its busy and central location.

Cons:

As it was very warm during our stay in Zürich, the fan wasn’t really adequate for keeping us cool. The room was hot and stuffy. To be fair I didn’t specify that I wanted Air Con when I made the booking so I didn’t realize that there wasn’t any.
Being on the fourth floor meant that the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. As I’m in my 60s, it’s not ideal having to climb into a bath to have a shower. Again this isn’t the hotel‘s fault but I didn’t realize there was only a shower over a bath.
The hotel decor is very dated. By Zurich standards it wasn’t overly expensive but if I’m spending $300 AU a night, I’d like a bit more comfort.

Fabulous location and characterful hotel
Pros:

Location is perfect.
We took the tram from the airport and got off at Central which is just a few steps from the hotel.

You are right in the old town with the restaurant street just behind.
The Co-op 'supermarket' is less than a 5 minute walk away if you want to get your own food including ready made fresh sandwiches, pizza etc,

If you do bring back your own food to the hotel, there's a nice lounge area and plates etc are provided if you need them.

Breakfast was a very good and varied buffet. On a good day you can sit on the terrace and watch the people below walking along the river with the beautiful architecture of the city behind.

From our bedroom window we could see the cute little red Polybahn cable car going up and down to the university.

Everything is handy.

这是一个有着100来年历史的老店！离火车站和周边老城区很近，河对岸还有大超市，周围交通、餐馆便利。一切都符合需求。
Pros:

一切都还不错，尤其是早餐和酒店提供的免费热饮。店员、厨师都十分友好，乐于助人。被褥也很干净。

Cons:

浴室的喷淋应该修理一下了，已经有点坏掉了，影响使用。
