Verbesserung im Restaurant der Präsentation der Speisen wäre erforderlich .

Das sehr hilfsbereite, freundliche Personal im Hotel und Spa Bereich.

Cons:

Die Organisation der Mitarbeiter im Restaurant,die Bedienung war nicht fachkundig,brachten viel Unruhe in die Atmosphäre.

Als niet Duits-spreker is het wat moeilijk om te navigeren en word je door andere gasten wat raar bekeken. Het ontbijt viel tegen, weinig keus en zag er allemaal vrij onsmakelijk uit.

Wanneer je incheckt krijg je geen instructies van de mogelijkheden op de site.

Zeker niet aan te raden voor jonge mensen.

Schade,dass der Betreiber des Ressort es nicht pflegt und besser nutzt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war okay. Die Zimmer waren modern. Der See war wunderschön.

Cons:

Abends gab es leidet nur Buffet. Hunde dürfen nicht ins Restaurant und nicht an den See. Leider konnte man nicht um den See laufen,da der Weg zugewuchert war.

Erholsamer Wellnessurlaub in Sachsen-Anhalt
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und ruhig gelegen, außerhalb von Nienburg. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut, Personal war freundlich. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind sehr gut (Minigolf, Boccia, Tischtennis, 9-Loch Golfanlage usw....)

Cons:

Besser wäre es gewesen, separate Schlüssel, besser Chipkarten für das Zimmer auszugeben, da meine Frau und ich nicht immer die gleichen Interessen haben und separat auf das Zimmer wollen. Zu bemängelnd wäre gewesen, dass zum Abendessen nur Büffet gibt, und nciht a la Carte. Wir hatten Hochzeitstag gehabt und sind deswegen außerhalb zum Abendessen gegangen. Vermutlich hat die Gastronomie Personalprobleme. Beim Nachmittagskaffee und Gebäck war uns nicht klar, ob wir bedient werden oder ob Selbstbedienung herrscht.
