The place was so beautiful! It was so much to choose from. The location was amazing. The next time that I come I will get a room there. It was so clean. The whole experience is amazing! The staffs were friendly and helpful. The rewards are great.

Always have an enjoyable time

The room itself is nice but the noise level is unacceptable. I hate connecting rooms and my room was connected with a room that had a family with several young kids. They were so loud! Not only that, you could hear a lot of loud vehicles from the nearby highway. The bed was okay but not very comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi both worked well. The casino was unpleasant so that also didn't help make it a more enjoyable experience. Definitely won't be coming back.

Had to stand in line over an hour just to pick up a gift over the weekend! Unacceptable!

Slots are way too tight. I used to love playing slots at MGM. I went through 1k in less than an hour on low denom slots. Only got one bonus that was $30. Not worth it. The slots just take your money now and they don’t entertain you the slightest. I’m no longer interested in gambling with MGM , Vegas properties included. The casinos are too greedy. I’m currently in vegas at MGM and it’s the absolute same experience . I’m over it.

Worse feeling you have to pay for your parking!

The newly implemented barrier arm gates entering AND exiting the parking garage. makes visiting this location an ATROCIOUS experience along with NO return on slot investment.

It's a destination to go to if u like to play slots if not you can go outside and enjoy the fountain or city view. Good cocktails. Eating venues are somewhat limited and expensive

Positives, I looks great, upscale, great sound, everything something like this should be.

At the end of the day it’s a Casino, the house never losses, first time player you get a free spin of various rewards pretty sure it’s a scam it shows you all these prizes but it seems that it is scripted to always land on the lowest prize, which it did. Another thing that really annoyed me is the slots a lot of them have this items you need to get and they will add to this scale like thing for a bonus or free spins or whatever and you get to the top of the scale and the scummy game will make it seem like you are at the top and you will literally just keep hitting the roll you need to get the item you need to get to the top and it just adds to nothing, until the game has decided someone has spent enough money to trigger it, it’s extremely trash and I just watch people lose 20-80 dollars when the scale is at the top and they keep getting what is needed for it to reach the top only for it to just do nothing, very misleading I’m sure that’s part of the Casino games and how they get money.
Another extremely annoying this I experienced I was playing black jack on the screen with the dealer in front of you. Played some hands had wins and losses to be expected the moment I went to the biggest bet, my first card was a damn 2 and the dealers was an ace that really pissed me off. Needless to say I probably should have expected that, it feels like you getting cheated. I know some
People are lucky so take this review with a grain of salt I had some fun there but overall It feels like it’s potentially a waste of money. Don’t get caught up in the flashing lights, I’m pretty sure all the machines are programmed to hit once a certain amount of money has been put it.

Can get a much nicer room with perks at a nearby hotel at half the price. Never again!

Did not receive the room we reserved. When we inquired about moving to the room level we had reserved, we were told there were non available and that having a reservation does not guarantee that you will get that type of room!
We also asked for help with locating outlets for CPAP machines. We were told there aren’t two outlets available and no adapter to use for the one outlet that was available.
Very disappointed. Will not go back.

Parking was terrible took almost 20mins to leave the parking lot. There wasn't a special event but it still took a long time to leave.
