The location was close to the cruise port and to other attractions.
It was hard for taxis to get access if they are not familiar with the location.

The hotel was in a nice quiet spot in the popular Alfama area of Lisbon. A couple of minutes to the iconic tram and square with wonderful views to the river. Nice spots for eating and drinking nearby. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with all areas being bright and cool. A wide selection of breakfast items to set you up for the day. Despite the local Festa our room was perfectly quiet. Would definitely recommend if you want to be away from the very busy central areas of Lisbon.
Nothing to say. All excellent and suited our needs. Down a quiet street but UBER can stop at the top. People with some mobility issues may not find this hilltop position so easy.
Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο σε 2 επίπεδα και πολύ καθαρό. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

I like everything, this was my second stay at this hotel. I think the only part that could be improved is the access to the entrance. It is a quaint street however it needs cleaning and garbage picked up
Hôtel bien situé proche des sites à visiter , chambre calme , tres bon petit déjeuner ; très bon accueil personne qui parle Français en plus . Difficile pour se garer car centre historique . Prix élevé .

Location to everything in Old town Lisbon. Close to all the festivities in June.
The building has been updated and was really nice and clean. Staff were great and even packed us a takeaway breakfast pack. We left before breakfast was served from 7am.
Walking distance to everything drinking and eating. Street food was great and lots of places to sit and watch the world go by with a pina colada in a pineapple or the local beer... super bock.
Reception is 24/7 and is a secure building - you have to be buzzed in the front door.
The noise from the festivities went on until 3am and could be heard through the windows - only downside to the location, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We would definitely book and stay when in Lisbon again.
The room was a little tight, approx 8sqm, however was really clean with all the facilities required.
