Struttura moderna, pulita, accogliente. Personale professionale e gentile (menzione in particolare per Flavio che parla anche l'italiano ed è sempre disponibile). Posizione buona, anche se in salita e va considerato un certo sforzo per raggiungerla a piedi. Colazione buona, con discreta varietà (forse si potrebbe variare un po' di più l'offerta durante i vari giorni), molto apprezzabile la presenza dei pasteis de nata.

Nulla di particolarmente negativo da segnalare, ribadisco forse solo un po' di varietà in più nell'offerta della colazione

Great location in the heart of the Alfama neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it looked just like in the photos. The breakfast selection was small but had everything you need to start the day. Wi-Fi worked well. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Minőségi hotel, nagyon jó választás a város megismeréséhez.
Pros:

Kiváló helyen lévő hotel, a belváros karnyújtásnyira, a 28-as villamosnak a hotel szomszádságában van a megállója. Bolt is van a környéken. A környéket biztoságosnak éreztük, igaz csak egy napig voltunk itt. A reggeli svédasztalos, bőséges, minőségi ételekkel. Belülről mondern hangulatú hotel, nagy belső udvarral, ami csendes. Elég déli 12-kor kijelentkezni, 24 órás recepció van. Metro térképet is adtak. Fontos viszont, hogy parkolásra nincs lehetőség ezen a környéken.

Cons:

A reggelizőt nagyon zsúfoltnak éreztük, ennyi szobához egy nagyobb teret kellene kialakítani.
