Not so great
Pros:

Good restaurant just downhill from entry door

Cons:

Very small room. Pictures do not reflect the reality. No pool .it's a wading pool. . Steep 100yd walk downhill from taxi drop off to entry door.
A lot of construction going on

Petit déjeuner complet et délicieux

Cons:

Difficulté d'accès par les transports en commun. Il vaut mieux prévoir de marcher (ce qui est possible car emplacement central) ou prendre un taxi.

Posizione comodissima nel centro di Alfama, staff molto accogliente e preparato molto attento alle esigenze del cliente!
Ambiente confortevole moderno e pulito!

Cons:

Una delle stanze aveva un bagno per disabili piuttosto piccolo e scomodo.

Un séjour au Convento de Lisbonne, une belle parenthèse au cœur de la ville, entre charme, histoire et douceur de vivre
Pros:

Nous étions 3 adultes pour un séjour d’une nuit et nous avons bien aimé la localisation de l’hôtel pour être à proximité du port pour notre embarquement pour une croisière. L’espace intérieur était charmant pour relaxer et prendre un verre après une longue journée de visite. La chambre était parfaite au 2e étage.

Cons:

Le tramway qui passe fréquemment à côté de l’hôtel, mais on fini par oublier le bruit. Le matelas du divan-lit n’est pas assez épais pour ne pas sentir la barre de métal. Notre UBER n’a pas été en mesure de nous déposer devant l’hôtel, car la rue est accessible seulement au taxi, il faut prévoir car ce n’est pas évident la descente de la rue avec une valise à roulettes.

Excellent I would go back for sure as a place to stay in Lisbon

Cons:

Our shower door didn’t close properly and water was leaking on the floor every time we showered. I believe it is an easy fix, which we didn’t report during the stay.

Hotel novo, limpo e confortável no coração de alfama. A localização é perfeita para quem quer se hospedar na parte antiga de Lisboa. Café da manhã excelente com variedade de frutas. Equipe muito cordial. Gostamos muito da estadia e com certeza voltaria

Cons:

O banheiro do quarto precisa de atenção, pois, diferentemente do resto do hotel, apresenta marcas de mofo ou sujeira nos cantos do box do chuveiro.
