Bed bug infested lost a days work because I can’t open my eye
Cons:

I sustained a severe bed bug attack and woke to find my eye swollen and itchy bites all over my body at first l thought it was mosquito bites but later when they started to blister found they are bed bug bites

It was a reasonable price, clean and quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was good for a continental one and nice facility and outlook. Very clean quiet rooms.

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable. The television needed attention as had a yellow line across the screen. perhaps yoghurt could and fruit could be added to the breakfast.

relatively good value for money
Pros:

quiet, quite literally the perfect air conditioning, walking distance to train station, shower pressure was wonderful

Cons:

shower had a bit of lime and mold around the bottom, other than that no real issues

overall comfortable rooms to sleep in and lovely staff, good price for what we got.
Pros:

the room were comfy for 3 people we stayed one night , needed to visit family in hospital so location to hospital was good. about a 250m walk.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The bus stop is close, at least was a clean place.

Cons:

The room are very small, smells strongly of dampness, there wasn’t water and they didn’t have a reserve tank, the breakfast was very disappointing; it's clear they don't care about the customer's comfort and enjoyment it was very poor.

Great position, good value for money.
Pros:

Convenient to RNSH Parking oyt back. Good value for money, continental breakfast basic but good.

Cons:

Parking - Only had 15cm on passenger side as couldn't open door drivers side 10cm from wall. Small car parked where sign said large car only. Needs a handle inside bathroom door, hard to open. Pillows very thin & cheap or maybe old?

The staff customer service was great 😃

Not the hotels fault just getting out from the cad park to the road but being Pacific Highway what can we expect lol..but the staff was brilliant
