Pros:

ユーミン苗場コンサートの為に1泊素泊まりしました。
口コミを読んでいたので覚悟して行きましたが、それほど悪くはありませんでした。
吹雪の夜にプリンスホテルまで歩いて15分程でしたし、コンサート後の夜中1時までお風呂に入れました！湯船もお湯が出っ放しで綺麗でした。
部屋のガスストーブも温かかったです。
朝食に無料パンがあると口コミで見たのですが、ありませんでしたが、無料のコーヒーはあり美味しかったです。

でも、部屋の壁が薄いようで隣の音が丸聞こえで、夜中の隣りの部屋の咳が気になり眠れませんでした…。
あと、掛け布団のカバーが代えてないようで長い髪の毛が付いていてゲンナリしました…。
あと、歯ブラシとバスタオルしか無くて、浴衣と手拭いも欲しかったです。

住所登録間違った上に、連絡先登録も間違っている。幸い交番のおかげて、見つかった。
施設　室内暖房が常に切れ、夜中寒くなって何回も起きている。

いろいろな気配りありでしたが
Pros:

yumingのコンサートに対応していただき１時までお風呂の対応をしていただきました。ありがたかったです。その時間過ぎるとお湯が出なくなり、水になるので時間厳守です。
共同トイレは便座にシートが敷いてあることでかえって違和感でした。プリンスにはとても近く助かりました。

少し残念。でも概ね好感触。
Pros:

部屋に洗面所はあったがコップが無く不便だった。大浴場は普段の使用時間を過ぎてもコンサートの後でも入れるようにしていただいて助かりました。

Pros:

石油ヒーターがすぐに止まって部屋が暖まらない。「点検」のワーニングランプがついたら消えるのでまた付け直す必要がある。部屋が寒い。雪が降るとテレビのアンテナ受信ができなくなることが発生した。

食事の内容は!!
Pros:

宿泊施設は清潔感有りました。夕食は鍋ですが鶏鍋でしたが最初鶏が入って無かった。食べ放題だった為お代わりした時には鶏が入ってました。お代わりしなかければただの野菜鍋です。おかづは、鍋のみ!!

値段も手頃だったのであまり贅沢は言わないが、
お風呂のお湯が熱すぎた。
部屋の水が出なくて熱湯しか出なかった。
布団が薄くて体が痛かった。
苗場のリフトの開始時間に間に合うように朝ごはんを食べたかった。
コーヒーがなかった。
花火が見えた。
赤ちゃんがとてもかわいいかった。
物を借りに行ったときにとても親切に対応してくれた。
駐車場を夕方遅くまで停めさせてくれた。

専用バスとは、共同の大浴場のことでした
Pros:

苗場プリンスにはとても近く、アクセスとロケーションはお薦め出来ます。しかしながら、部屋の設備詳細にある「専用バス」とは、共同の大浴場で部屋にはシャワーすらありませんでした。正確な表記にしてほしいです。また、隣部屋との壁は薄く、話し声がうるさくて困りました。暖房器具の音もうるさくて切断するしかなく、とても寒かった上に、寝具も古く、とても綺麗とはお世辞にも言えません。ただし、畳はきれいでした。
とにかく状態はどうでも良いから、素泊まりでと言う人向けでしょうか。
一泊一万円ですが、安いのか？高いのか？
