Value for money, superb hospitality and affordable dinning.
Pros:

Excellent welcome with complimentary drink on arrival. Superb Breakfast and Dinning in the lounge area very comfortable .

Generally an excellent quality hotel with friendly and efficient staff, very enjoyable experience
Pros:

Very well appointed, apparently refurbished recently with good decor and furnishings and modern fittings.
Ample free private car parking on site.
Good food, good choices for breakfast and dinner, freshly prepared to order and prompt service. Attentive and polite staff.

Cons:

A little further walking distance from the harbour front shops, restaurants etc than we had anticipated

Lovely relaxing weekend away in Torquay.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, but you need to make the request you want, and how much of it you want. If you dont specify you'll get one item of each, but you can ask for more when you order, and change it from the menu.
Sauna,pool and Steam room were good for our stay, but it it was at all busy, I think there would be problems with space.
The staff were lovely and inviting, including those during breakfast.

Cons:

Bed was good but the pillows were rock hard.
The pool was too cold, even before going in the sauna. Felt more like a plunge pool really, but too cold to stay in.

Nothing!! Maybe put low calorie sweeteners on tables as well as sugar, as I had to buy my own because the hotel ones were tasteless and I had to keep asking for more.

We've been here several times and love the place. Great staff, fab location, lovely rooms and amazing breakfast.

Cons:

Only thing was the bed, wasn't as firm as we like. But other then that was great!

Incredible stay and would book again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Absolute gem of a hotel. Clean and well looked after. The spa facilities were great, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was incredible. A special mention to Tom the restaurant manager who was attentive, friendly and helpful beyond belief.

Cons:

Overpriced. Rooms are tiny. Was charged extra for an espresso coffee in the morning, coffee was bitter and muddy, left a bad taste in my mouth at every level.

Unbeatable hotel
Pros:

Excellent . It's the best hotel I've ever been to. Food is very nice with a good selection. Rooms and as for the bathroom it's so good. Staff are very helpful.,and friendly. Spa is clean and warm . Perfect holiday. Thoroughly recommend it.
