I was disappointed with the service during my stay. The staff did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.
The food quality was also below the standard expected from a 5-star property.
Additionally, the room was very small considering the price we paid, and it did not offer good value for money.
Overall, the experience did not match the level advertised, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Perfect to enjoy views and snow in winters.
Pros:

Location was good to enjoy snow in the winter and views from the windows.Amenities were not like the five star but it was ok. Room and hotel temperature was pleasant for winter. We enjoyed playing in the snow.

Cons:

Little bit language problem and few more amenities should be there in the room like glassware etc.if you have your own vehicle then the place is perfectly fine otherwise little far from the market.
