El descuido en general, en la pileta, ascensor, zonas comunes. La atención no era la mejor tampoco, no es un 5 estrellas.

Limpieza, nulo cuidado al detalle, mala higiene general, pasillos y demás instalaciones desgastadas y viejas.
La ubicación es muy buena. Hay restaurantes en la misma cuadra, farmacia, mini supermercado. La playa cercana. El desayuno súper variado. El personal super amable.
Hay una plaza justo ahí frente algunas noches se juntan a jugar hockey o futbol hasta muy tarde (3am) y es muy molesto el ruido. Sugiero elegir habitaciones frente al mar, no el lado que da a la plaza.

The bedsheets were yellowed and stained. For such a large hotel, there were only about 20 beach chairs, which were snapped up in no time, and you had to rent them elsewhere for much more. Although it was advertised as pet-friendly, there was neither a bed nor a water bowl for the animal. Definitely not a 5-star hotel. Not even 3 stars. The carpets in the hallways were all damaged and unsightly.

La ubicación y la vista espectacular a la playa. Literalmente bajas directo a una de las playas más lindas de Río. Además está cerca de varios comercios como bares, farmacia y supermercado.

Es muy lindo hotel , frente a una playa maravillosa, a la vuelta hay varios restaurantes , pizzería, sushi, carnes y pétiscos. El restaurante del hotel es magnífico !!
No proporcionan toallones para playa, que estaría buenísimo , de todos modos
Estuvimos 3 noches y solo la primera nos entregaron un pote de shampoo y enjuague, tenes que salir a pedir al personal de limpieza, solucionarle si, pero a mí no me encanta andar buscando los servicios básicos

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA! FUJA DO LIFESTYLE LAGHETTO COLLECTION (ANTIGO LSH)!
Minha estadia neste hotel foi uma verdadeira catástrofe do início ao fim, uma decepção imensa que não condiz com a tarifa que paguei (a mesma que pagaria em um Hyatt, por exemplo). Escolhi este lugar pela proximidade com amigos, e me arrependi amargamente.
1. Problema com a Reserva e Descaso Total: Cheguei ao hotel e minha reserva, confirmada e paga via Hotéis.com, simplesmente NÃO EXISTIA no sistema deles! Mesmo mostrando a confirmação ativa e o comprovante de pagamento no cartão, a equipe não fez o menor esforço para investigar ou resolver o problema. Depois de UMA HORA de desgaste, sem solução, fui obrigada a comprar OUTRO quarto para poder ter onde ficar.
2. Check-in Absurdo e Demora: Comprei o novo quarto por volta das 15h. Mesmo assim, tive que esperar mais de uma hora para o quarto ser "limpo", mesmo após uma nova reserva. Só consegui fazer o check-in e entrar no quarto às 17h, perdendo preciosas horas de minha viagem.
3. Quarto Alagado, Mofado e Deteriorado: Ao entrar na suíte, o cenário era chocante. O ar condicionado estava VAZANDO água a ponto de alagar o chão do quarto. Solicitei o reparo, mas o problema persistiu por toda a estadia, deixando o ambiente úmido e perigoso – cheguei a escorregar e CAIR devido à água acumulada! Para completar, um forte cheiro de MOFO no teto e ESGOTO infestava o quarto. Tudo deteriorado, sem manutenção, com itens enferrujados (tenho fotos para comprovar).
4. Serviço Inexistente: Os funcionários sequer se deram ao trabalho de levar a mala até o quarto. A falta de presteza e atenção é evidente.
5. Desrespeito à Lei e ao Cliente (Late Checkout): Após todo esse transtorno e a péssima experiência, pedi um late checkout até as 14h, com base na nova lei das 24h. Fui prontamente NEGADA, com a alegação de que \"não estavam informados\" sobre a lei. Um descaso total com o cliente que sofreu tantos problemas.

The hotel is in a safe and convenient beachfront location, right opposite the beach, with restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away. The room was spacious and equipped with all basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, although I personally felt the pillows a little too soft for me. The large desk space was very useful, and the balcony with a beach view was nice. The small infinity pool at the rooftop provided a relaxation spot with a wonderful view. The bathroom facilities were good, with good water pressure. The breakfast was very elaborate and delicious, with a wide variety of breads, pastries, meats, fruits, cheeses, and a live egg station. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Cleanliness could have been better. The floor had bits of beach sand in several areas, and the carpet did not feel very clean. Also, the bathroom drainage wasn't ideal - water didn't drain properly, likely due to the floor slope being set in the wrong direction.
El hotel está bien, pero creo que nos hospedamos en un momento de reformas, o algo asi (febrero 2026). La ubicación es buena para ir en pareja o amigos, pues está cerca de Olegario Maciel, la calle con bares y restaurants del principio de Barra. Pero para familia, me iria más cerca del posto 7.
El.desayuno es muy bueno (no excelente) y variado.
El hotel ofrece cochera por 35 reales el dia. Justo en frente, si quieren, hay un estacionamiento público.
Está frente a la playa, y ofrece sillas y sombrillas, lo que es muy cómodo.
Tiene una cuadra de restaurancitos muy prácticos en la misma manzana.
El.sector de pileta es pésimo, desprolijo e incómodo.
No confíen en la posibilidad de cenar en el hotel: el lugar no es lindo, la carta corta, y la demora larga.
El cuarto (418, cuarto piso) era extremadamente ruidoso (creo que habia un problema con la ventana del balcon, o algo asi). Luego, el cuarto tenia pequeños detalles de descuido: un foco que no funcionaba, una puerta que cerraba mal, el escritorio no tenia silla (no habia ni una silla en el cuarto).
No la pasamos mal, para nada, pero no volveria. He estado en los Windsor, y siempre han sido mejores que esto.
