We would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel has been recently renovated, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The only issue we encountered was that we had to change our room because of a problem with the bathroom. The staff responded quickly, arranged a different room for us, and made the process smooth and hassle-free.

. El desayuno está bien y la ubicacion es buena. Tiene recepcion 24 horas y pudimos dejar las maletas alli mientras haciamos turismo

Cons:

La habitacion no está en general muy limpia, todo bastante viejo. Olvidamos una cosa en la habitacion, escribimos al hotel y de primeras sí contestaron pero luego dejamos de recibir comunicaciones de si estaba alli o no y no lo pudimos encontrar. Teniamos un airtag del objeto y salia en el hotel.

Sonst fand ich alles andere gut.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fand allerdings die weiterhinzugebuchten de luxe Zimmer sehr veraltet. Aber die 2 Personen Zimmer waren für den Preis völlig in Ordnung

Famiensuite , ziemlich altmodisch und nicht einladend

The stuff ignored our calls

the first day, we left the room at 11 o'clock and when we returned at 3 o'clock THE ROOM WAS NOT MADE UP. Nobody had entered the room! We had no toilet paper. We asked for it THREE times , but in vain!! Nobody brought us anything. Luckily, supermarkets close late in Izmir and we were able to buy it.
This was not the first time that we have stayed in this hotel, but this time our experience was completely disappointing

Breakfast has a good spread and they offer different items on different days. Location is excellent! Staff is very helpful and nice.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi, odaların içi temizdi. Akşam vardiyasındaki personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Tesisde maalesef kahvaltı çok kötüydü, evinize misafir gelse önüne koymayacağınız şeyler veriliyordu kahvaltıda. Bozulmak üzere olan meyveler, kahve için süt alacağınızda sütlük kırık ve pis. Sabah ki çalışan o kadar gergin davranıyor ki size…

Μια τίμια επιλογή για να μείνετε στη Σμύρνη
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν στο κέντρο της πόλης , με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό πολύ κοντά. Εξαιρετικά κοντά σε σταθμό τρένου και φέρι. Καθαρές πετσέτες και σεντόνια όποτε το ζητήσαμε. Το πρωινό επαρκές. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό.

Cons:

Κάποια σημεία του ξενοδοχείου ήταν υπό κατασκευή και κατά τη διάρκεια της μέρας υπήρχε λίγη περισσότερη φασαρία λόγω των εργασιών. Υποθέτω όμως ότι αυτό δεν θα κρατήσει για πολύ.

Pros:

El apartamento de tres personas es bastante amplio y el baño es grande.
Está bien ubicado, cerca de una zona de restaurantes, bares y cafeterías bastante animada.

Cons:

Si quieres que te limpien la habitación, te cambien las sábanas o toallas, y te den más gel o champú tienes que avisar a recepción, no pasa nadie diariamente a limpiar o recoger.
Para llegar a las habitaciones hay que pasar por el comedor y un espacio de almacén y subir escaleras... No cómodo ni apto para personas con movilidad reducida.
La limpieza y calidad de las instalaciones deja que desear.

Соотношение цена / качество. Очень приятный персонал.
Местоположение отеля, на мой взгляд самое идеальное. Рядом много кафе и магазинчиков. В пару минутах от набережной.
Нам очень понравилось🫶
