Riva Hotel Alsancak

Kahvaltı yapmadık, oda da sigara ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı ve sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen.

Temizlik yoktu çok kötüydü yastıklarda saç vardı ara katlar kokuyordu tuvalet temiz değildi mutfak temiz değildi temizlik çalışanları hiç güler yüzlü değildi odada saç havlusu yoktu el yıkama köpüğünü saç yıkama köpüğü diye koymuşlardı çok kötüydü kahvaltı eksikti çok fazla seçenek yoktu

Checkin was seamless. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The floors and table top were also gross. We called and they sent a housekeeper to clean the bathroom, yet when we returned, it was still not to simple standards (hair on counter, stuff towards the back wall of the shower, etc). The location is amazing, though…. No view, but quick walk to ferry, food, shopping, etc.

Apartment was not in good condition. closet mirror came out and almost hit me.

Tek gece ailemle konakladık. Resepsiyonda ki bayan tamamen fiyaskoydu. Çalışanlar çok ilgisizdi Tolga bey

Genel olarak orta derecede bir konaklama geçirdik, şampuan sabun terlik yoktu. Odalar ses geçiriyor yan odalarda ki ve koridordaki sesler odamızın içerisindeydi.

Merhaba aile olarak konakladığımız otelde malesef iletişim kurmak için telefonların kablosu yoktu istememe rağmen getirmediler. 1 haftalık konaklamamızda sabunu son 2 gün kala getirdiler hergün istememize rağmen.odayı her sabah çıkarken temizlemelerini rica ettik ama malesef onuda yapmadılar. Resepsiyondaki genç arkadaş ayrı bir tavırlıydı ama müdürleri çok pozitf ve çözüm odaklıydı olumsuzlukları tam gideremesede nezaketi ile çözmeye çalıştı. Bir daha zorunda olmadıkça açıkcası gelmeyi düşünmeyiz.

Otel genel olarak temiz, odalar temiz odalarda kötü koku sigara vs yok ve resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibarlar. 5 gün boyunca konakladık ve konum olarak her yere yakın olması çok iyi bu çevrede konaklayabileceğiniz en iyi otellerden birisi

Great hosts

Hotel was non smoking, though I found ashes from cigarettes in the sink. The bathroom sink was flooding and unusable. The electricity was frequently out because of construction being done on the building. The cleaning people only came after much insisting with the front desk. The night time receptionist didn't speak English very well, and made it difficult to check out. The elevator worked inconsistently and sometimes required a multi flight walk up. Wifi Internet was unavailable for part of my stay. The location is great and the room had a kitchen. The main manager seemed very smart and seemed to be holding together a lot of moving parts. He was very helpful when he was available, and made the stay bearable.

Phone was not functioning from beginning of my stay, making me have to climb several flights of stairs to inform the front desk when my electricity was cut out due to construction. The room was cleaned only after several days of complaining. When the electricity was cut out, I was in the dark with no air conditioning on numerous occasions in very hot weather.

The general manager of the hotel was nice and smart and seemed to be trying to hold a lot of things together. He was helpful and tried to make things better. The electricity was not working consistently. The elevator was not working a lot of the time. The refrigerator didn't work for some of the time. The phone never worked. The air conditioner turned off when the electricity was off, making the room unbearably hot. No way to call down to the reception except climbing several flights of stairs. The wifi didn't work for a few days. There was noisy construction going on a lot. Cleaning only happened after asking many times. Often they would promise cleaning would come and then they would not send anyone. On a number of occasions, I had to ask repeatedly for toilet paper to be delivered, and nearly ran out of toilet paper. Cigarette ashes from a previous guest clogged the bathroom sink making it unusable, as it would not drain properly.

Otele giriş yaptığımız gün öğlen saat 15’te tuvaletin sifonunun çalışmadığını yetkiliye söyledik gelen yetkili saatin geç olduğunu ve yarın tamir ettireceğini otel dolu olduğu için de başka oda veremeyeceğini söyledi ancak ertesi gün ne bozuk sifon tamir ettirildi ne de odanın günlük temizliği yapıldı. Günlük temizliğin neden yağışmadığını resepsiyona sorduğumda kat görevlisine sorup size dönüş sağlayacağız dedi ancak herhangi bir dönüş sağlamadılar. Her sabah saat 8’de sizi uyandıran ve otelin asla çözemediği alarm sesi var

Otel özelliklerinde otopark var deniyor ama anlaşmalı otelde indirim sağlanıyormuş belirtilmemesi profesyonelce değil

The hotel is in a very nice environment. Breakfast is good, too.

Enjoyed my stay at the Riva Hotel. Front desk staff were professional and kind. The hotel was in a great location and close to lots of bars and restaurants.
