Muy accesible desde el aeropuerto y hacia los atractivos turísticos. Zona súper segura de Estambul. El personal fue muy flexible con nuestros horarios y el hotel en general cumplió las expectativas que teníamos.

I like that the hotel bc it was in the middle of the city. The deco was a charming mid century style with a lot of mirrors. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Das einzige an der Unterkunft was Gut ist, ist die Lage. Aus dem Hotel raus direkt am Taxim Platz.
Für Übernachten ist es Ok und den Preis.

Die Lage ist super, Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

Shower needs updated because it is unsafe to have no door all around and letting the water run all over the surrounding edges of the shower box, and flush is not right keeps running water and making noise. Hair dryer is not working either. We mentioned everything a few time but no response

the appartment wasn’t clean , noisy , they gave the appartment very late . Bad experience

People at the reception were very kind, and the location is perfect! In the Taksin street. Unfortunately some rooms need maintnance and the entrance of the hotel doesnt look like a lobby, the first imprssion of the hotel is not good. Anyway taking in consideration the price, its not bad.

Desafortunadamente algunas habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento y la entrada del hotel no se ve como un lobby y la primera impresion de las instalaciones no es buena. Sin embargo, costo-beneficio no está mal.

fin rom til en god pris. Det som var dårlig var at det var alltid veldig kaldt på badet. Vaskedamen var innom få dager av hele oppholdet noe jeg syns var litt dårlig da vi hadde behov for vask hver dag. Utenom det, hyggelig og behjelpelige ansatte.

Overall nice large suites in a great location. Room I checked into had no TV and the front desk kept insisting that one was there. Upon verifying that there was no TV indeed, he claimed that it may have been stolen and went down to view the security cameras. I was assured I would be informed - but to no avail. They refused to change my room and simply opened the front desk drawer and gave me cash, in the amount of the rate I had just paid, implying that I was no longer welcome. I was ultimately kicked out of this most awfully-staffed hotel I have ever stayed in. They also refused to allow a guest of mine to come to my room - suggesting - and outright claiming - that we were would be involved in inappropriate conduct and questioning why we needed to meet at the suite as opposed to using the shared space available to guests. Add to that horrible experience poor, unreliable wifii - and you will see why I strongly suggest any other property in Istanbul than this unpleasant and unprofessional establishment,

Not great not bad

Hotel heeft geen geluidisolatie, je kan niet slapen door lawaai in de drukke straat; alles ruikt naar sigaretten zelfs de stoelen, sanitaire is niet in orde en aan vervanging toe. Personeel is super aardig, alleen accomodatie is niets.

The Hutsuite Hotel is ideally located just off of Istiklal Street, which is a vibrant area full of cafés, bars, clubs and restaurants. It's close to Taksim Square so public transportation is also close by. We had two issues with the property. First, they seemed genuinely surprised to see us and check-in took some time. The credit card machine did not work so we had to pay cash. There was no wifi or breakfast offered and there is no airport shuttle as indicated in the hotel information. Second, our room was not cleaned on the second day, so no clean towels for example. The hotel looks quite run down, but the room is as advertised and was fair value for money. There seemed to be some renovations happening which should improve the visuals.

Location wise the hotel is well situated. For a first time visitor the area may feel a bit more 'edgy' but my wife and I felt very safe and enjoyed walking in the area and exploring the side streets. You have some street noise until the early hours of the morning (we stayed here over a weekend) but that's really what makes Istiklal so interesting.

Overall we got what we paid for but would like to see some minor tweaks and improvents.

Excellent location and that is where the good part ins. Totally downtrodden reception non-existent service increfibly scarce. Turkish only not a word in any other language. Strongly suggest you stay away from it.
