Staff friendliness and exceptional service!

The staff was the awesome.

I think this is definitely one of the better hotels in Tarlac - if not the best. I was here for a few nights while visiting family and was genuinely impressed.

The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and thoughtful from the get-go. Even before I arrived, reception helped arrange an airport transfer from Manila and sent over gym recommendations.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well run. My room was spacious and the bed was properly comfortable - I slept like a log. There was a rooster outside with a questionable sense of timing, but that’s Tarlac for you, not La Maja Rica.

Breakfast was busy, lively, and just right. I’d read some moaning online, but honestly, the Filipino dishes were tasty, the omelettes were excellent, and yes, you can order decent coffee separately, too.

The location worked perfectly for me - a gym within walking distance, and the SM mall nearby has everything, including a Starbucks if you're that way inclined.

All in all, a great stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Clean & quiet

Stayed with La Maja Rica Hotel for 5 nights and you will get what you paid for. They provided a great service, especially with Housekeeping and Food Service.

Hotel room was near highway so it was a bit noisy. But I had a good sleep. Swimming pool in the middle so you could also hear if it was busy. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was brewed- no coffee machine. Parking available. There were Restaurants near hotel.

The overall hospitality I say is awesome. We were checked it with zero-hassle
and smile on all faces. From the security, client experience and food and beverage all are absolutely a memory to remember.
Rooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean however bath is a bit of limited accesibility.

I will give it a rate of 5/5 because of the Filipino-backed hospitality of super friendly staffs: Marlon, Eugene, Jenny, Joanna, Shane, Carlo and Remark.

Restaurant closes too early, staff didn’t help with transportation. Also A/C was weak.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and they are pretty consistent. Staff are very nice, approachable and accommodating. Food is great (small portions but can go for seconds)! The only comment that i have is the AC, which they moved me to a different room. And their pillows are bit stiff. But i’s stay again at this hotel
