Good deal if you’re looking for a less expensive accommodation
Pros:

Couldn’t have picked a better location. Hot shower
In the bathroom is a nice surprise.

Cons:

Had to ask to move to a different suite because the first suite smelled strongly of cigarettes. The suite we ended up with is much smaller, the a/c didn’t cool the room evenly. There’s no partition for the shower area in the bathroom.

A decent stay in a charmingly old place in need of better maintenance and improvements
Pros:

I liked that the place is located at the heart of the city and is within walking distance to shopping, and a tricycle ride to some city sites. The staff are friendly and respond promptly to guests' queries and concerns.

Cons:

I was disappointed that our room, along with some others, had an unpleasant smell. There were issues with the restroom, such as a non-functioning toilet and visible grime. The place is charmingly old, but it needs a facelift and general cleaning.

Cons:

The walls where a mess with rough plaster everywhere, pipes sticking out of the wall with no end caps and at an unsafe height. Windows appeared to have not been cleaned inside or out in years and I just couldn’t see standing over the toilet one foot on each side to take a shower with a hand held shower head that was plumbed to the toilet water obviously cold water only.

Not worth it
Cons:

There isn't any rag on the floor. Water is dirty. No bidet. No free toothbrush. The door is hard to open due to the broken door doornob noise background noise aircon.

Okay if you only wanna have some place to sleep from a very tiring day.

Cons:

It wasn’t worth the price, the door was broken which made us difficult to use the key to open it. The drinking glasses wasn’t washed. We only got free soap of the toiletries, nothing else. The intercom wasn’t working. We even saw a rat as big as a week old kitten.

Cons:

The room was dirty, the toilet stank of urine and poop, they didn't change the towels or bedding during our stay and they didn't clean the room once. There was no breakfast on the Sunday and the cafe you were expected to eat in was filthy and didn't look to be cleaned during the whole stay.

Our room was in the 4th floor and we are all senior citizen, unfortunately there was no elevator to go to our room. And the public restroom has stinky smell. Also the television is not working.
