Hotel Balian Nanba Shinsaibashi

This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all!

They had free all you can eat curry, free all you can drink alcohol 24/7 and lots of snacks, cotton candy machine, etc. the rooms were spacious and had a massage chair. Overall a great stay and worth the money.

Well, I booked a room for three nights just a day before leaving Hiroshima. And was looking for a place not far from Dotonbori

Bali An Resort came in the Booking search. Place looked interesting and price was good.

The cool and good things first:
- Location
- Staff, especially the young lady who worked there between 9am to 13pm (or maybe later), allways said 'welcome back' when I came back to the hotel after going out for activities in the morning.
- They give you alot of things, actually you want be needing many or want take it, but good to know that there are such things.
- Snacks, ice cream, drinks, different curry and so forth for free.
- Free alcohol. Thought first it was a joke, but nope. It was free. Although it wasn't what I drink, it is good to know that you can make a gin and tonic in the lobby.
- Room, tiny but hade many things, even a jacuzzi.
- Luggage keeping before check in.

What could be/ should be improved:
- Cleaning, there are some places (like under lamps, ventilation hacks, behind air humidifier and more) that haven't been cleaned for dust in a while.
- Maybe a laundry service, since there is no coin laundry in the hotel and you have to leave the hotel to go to a laundromat and who wants to sit there for two three hours?! Not I.
- More western movies (in English).

But, I like the staying there. And can recommend the place.

Btw, while waiting for my taxi before leaving Osaka, sat in a massage chear in the lobby... Yes, there are those two for free.

And if you're into karaoke, they hade this also.

This is my second time staying there, and I decided to come back because i enjoyed it so much the first time. I’ve never stayed in any other love hotels, so I can’t compare, but relative to hotels in general, this is a great option if you want something by the Dotonbori area. It’s a few minutes walk from the station, and it’s super convenient to walk over to do shopping, get food and drinks, etc. check in times is 1pm and you can check out at 11am, whcih is the best times for checking in and out. They have unlimited drinks 24/7, have a karaoke 1 hour free session and free breakfast (simple but works)! It’s a cool experience and i definitely recommend checking them out

Should have paid more attention as this is a “love hotel” caters to regular folks as well but rooms were set up a bit awkward and ads trying to sell you things were plastered everywhere you looked. Price was ok. Staff however is super helpful and most of them spoke enough English for us to understand each other with our limited Japanese. Overall for the price point I could have stayed in a nicer place but this was super close to where we wanted to be. Just don’t pay to much attention to the sex clubs across the street if you have kids

女子会で使うと気分も盛り上がりそうです。

This is a beautiful hotel. Lots of amenities in the hotel and included. Unlimited drinks in the lobby.
Just a 2 minute walk to dotonbori. Fresh flowers in the rooms. This may be labeled a love hotel but we stayed with kids and it was great.

Great package. Curry and rice available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM along with refreshments, assortment of snacks, ice cream, drinks.
The room was spacious compared… and the facility is very close to food and fun, shopping, etc.

東西都很乾淨.需要什麼也都充足.推薦
