Lovely peaceful setting with fabulous views
Pros:

Amazing location overlooking the sea with mountainous backdrop
Breakfast was excellent & the infinity swimming pool was lovely.
Francesco at breakfast was a real star!

Cons:

No coffee machine in the room.
Towels were a bit worn.
Shower head was not very clean & some furniture scuffed.

Pros:

Bardzo piękny, kameralny resort z fantastycznym widokiem na zatokę i góry. Dużo zieleni, świetny basen infinity i przestronne, dobrze wyposażone apartamenty. Miejsce idealne na spokojny wypoczynek, także z dziećmi. Dużym plusem jest restauracja na miejscu i bardzo miła atmosfera. Dobry punkt wypadowy na Erice, Trapani i Segestę a nawet San Vito lo Capo. Na miejscu dostępny także masaż, polecam!

Cons:

Jedyny słabszy punkt to śniadania – wybór OK, ale mógłby być większy, a na tarasie dokuczały osy. Dwa dni nie działała wieczorem restauracja. Mimo tego zdecydowanie polecam – chętnie zostałbym tam dłużej.

Le côté vieillissant des chambres (mobilier qui est usagers), dis fonctionnement de certain équipement, L’organisation du petit déjeuner (buffet cantonné dans un petit espace ce qui fait que nous sommes les uns sur les autres alors que la salle est grande), le manque de jus de fruit maison (jus industrielle et très sucré) et les personnes qui réserves les transats le matin

Pros:

Vue imprenable sur la baie de Castellammare del Golfo, il faudra toutefois prendre la voiture pour descendre au village et à la plage. L'établissement est excellent : la chambre réservée a tout le confort d'un appartement avec une véritable cuisine et un frigo. La piscine est grande et le petit déjeuner contient en prime quelques plats locaux. Surtout ne pas manquer l'offre d'1h sur le SPA qui est une expérience incontournable ! Nous l'avons fait 2 matins même, pour bien commencer la journée !

Avevamo prenotato da Booking una camera (monolocale) vista mare pagando una differenza di prezzo rispetto al monolocale senza vista. L’appartamento era poi visibile in alcune foto esemplificative che davano l’idea che fosse appunto vista mare e riservato. Siamo arrivati e l’appartamento dava sul parcheggio, al primo piano e si vedeva il mare solo in obliquo e non corrispondeva minimamente alle foto di Booking. Ho fatto presente il fatto al personale per avere un cambio di stanza o almeno (si spera) uno sconto. Non mi sono venuti incontro in nessun modo. Da aggiungere che per chi ha paura delle vespe o è allergico è impossibile fare colazione perché la struttura è piena di vespe che rendono difficile godersi la colazione.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht und herzlichem Personal.
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und hat eine angenehm ruhige Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das Personal: Alle waren durchweg sehr nett, freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.

Frühstück:
Das Frühstück war insgesamt sehr gut und es gab eigentlich alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich mit frischem Obst, Wurst, Käse, süßen Sachen und verschiedenen lokalen Spezialitäten. Auch qualitativ waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein bisschen Avocado hätte die Auswahl für uns noch perfekt gemacht. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre außerdem die Kühlung einiger Lebensmittel. Das Buffet steht teilweise in einem Bereich, der nicht ganz optimal gekühlt ist. Wenn man etwas später zum Frühstück kam, hat beispielsweise der Käse teilweise schon leicht „geschwitzt“. Das ist aber wirklich Kritik auf hohem Niveau, insgesamt haben wir sehr gerne dort gefrühstückt.

Lage:
Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und dadurch wunderbar ruhig, was perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen ist. Wir würden allerdings definitiv einen Mietwagen empfehlen, da man ohne Auto nicht ganz so flexibel ist und Restaurants, Strände oder andere Ausflugsziele sonst schwieriger zu erreichen sind. Mit dem Auto ist die Unterkunft problemlos zu finden und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Aussicht ist wirklich traumhaft und gerade die Kombination aus Ruhe, Meerblick und der wunderschönen Anlage macht die Lage besonders.

Zimmer:
Auch mit unserem Zimmer waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber, geräumig und angenehm eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage hat zuverlässig funktioniert, was bei den Temperaturen natürlich sehr wichtig war. Unser persönliches Highlight war der schöne Balkon mit einem wirklich tollen Blick auf das Meer. Dort

Fitnessraum:
Der Fitnessraum war grundsätzlich okay und für ein kurzes Workout ausreichend. Hier sehen wir allerdings noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Der Raum ist relativ klein und einige Geräte wirken mittlerweile etwas älter. Gerade weil Sport und Fitness für viele Gäste inzwischen auch im Urlaub eine wichtige Rolle spielen, würden ein paar modernere Geräte, eine größere Auswahl an freien Gewichten und beispielsweise zwei statt nur einem Laufband den Bereich deutlich aufwerten.

-Spiegeleier beim Frühstücks Buffet zusätzlich bezahlen? Riesen FRECHHEIT UND INAKZEPTABEL - dies ist immer im Frühstück inbegriffen- nur bei euch nicht!
-Auch die spezielle Hafermilch hätte man bezahlen müssen- riesen Witz und inakzeptabel
- und das Frühstück Buffet war viel zu klein; solche grösse gibt es bei 2⭐️ Hotels.
-Und kein Wäsche Service - bei einem 4Stern Hotel - riesen Witz und Frechheit!!!!!
Und bei 6 Nächte bekommt man keine neuen Badetücher- wie bitte: was soll dass - RIESEN FRECHHEIT UND INAKZEPTABEL.
