It was freezing the whole time. Will not return again. When we were there last year we had no prob

Location good.

Cons:

The room was freezing cold the temperature was turned all the way up, but it did not help. We complained at the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. It worked for almost an hour. One other room also complained also.

방에 팬소리가 너무커서 잠을 설칠 정도였음. 난방을 끌수도 없고… 옆에 비행기가 지나가는 것처럼 덜컹 웅웅…ㅠㅠ
체크인후 필요한게 있으면 문자하라고 아주 친절한 문자가 오지만… 정작 필요한게 있어서 문자 보내면 묵묵부답…. 아무도 안보는듯.

Everything in the room shows thoughtfulness. You know how shower water temp is always under the shower head? Theirs is conveniently near the walk-in entrance to the shower. There’s a lighted, magnified mirror in the bathroom. Excellent quality. Comfortable beds and pillows. Parking nearby and very secure! Snack food options in the lobby. Bar and dining very nice.

I needed a safe place, comfortable environment, safe parking & near a local hospital.
Pros:

I ate at the breakfast buffet and it was what I usually would find at a buffet. I also ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant which had excellent fish & chips! Staff all over the Hotel were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey. 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 pieces of pineapple, cottage potatoes and a coffee were $17

Great room and smooth process, though a bit noisy
Pros:

The room was fantastic, and the entire check-in and placement process was seamless and very well-managed.

Cons:

My only issue was the noise insulation. Being on the third floor, I could hear a child running back and forth on the floor above throughout the day, which was quite loud and persistent.
