Cons:

방에 팬소리가 너무커서 잠을 설칠 정도였음. 난방을 끌수도 없고… 옆에 비행기가 지나가는 것처럼 덜컹 웅웅…ㅠㅠ
체크인후 필요한게 있으면 문자하라고 아주 친절한 문자가 오지만… 정작 필요한게 있어서 문자 보내면 묵묵부답…. 아무도 안보는듯.
3성급 서비스는 이런것인가..??

Pros:

Everything in the room shows thoughtfulness. You know how shower water temp is always under the shower head? Theirs is conveniently near the walk-in entrance to the shower. There’s a lighted, magnified mirror in the bathroom. Excellent quality. Comfortable beds and pillows. Parking nearby and very secure! Snack food options in the lobby. Bar and dining very nice.

I needed a safe place, comfortable environment, safe parking & near a local hospital.
Pros:

I ate at the breakfast buffet and it was what I usually would find at a buffet. I also ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant which had excellent fish & chips! Staff all over the Hotel were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey. 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 pieces of pineapple, cottage potatoes and a coffee were $17

Great room and smooth process, though a bit noisy
Pros:

The room was fantastic, and the entire check-in and placement process was seamless and very well-managed.

Cons:

My only issue was the noise insulation. Being on the third floor, I could hear a child running back and forth on the floor above throughout the day, which was quite loud and persistent.

Beautiful! We will definitely be back!
Pros:

Beautiful, well layed out. Good amenities, spacious and clean! Also very close to shopping and activities, we walked for most of the trip.

Cons:

Only issue was our sink being clogged

Pros:

Location was great, near mall and beautiful Christmas lights. Room was comfortable, spacious & quiet. Spa & pool were clean and nice. Spa was not set at super-hot but nicely warm. Staff was very organized & friendly.

Cons:

The hotel has a policy of only servicing rooms every other day, which I found to be very unusual. So you had to call for more coffee refills or makup removal wipes for your 2nd day. My deadbolt did not work.

Will not go back there again and will not recommend it to anyone I care about

Good but not very good

Cons:

The entrance of the hotel is very confusing since there is no clear signs. Also the entrance to the garage is very hidden and very confusing.
The garage itself is bad also.
The room two major problems: the bathroom door is parallel to the bed and less than a meter away from bed. Also the AC/Heater is inside the wall and whenever it shoots the whole room rumbles.
