Exceptional Service for Both Guests and Pets
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Cape Girardeau Conference Center while in town for my grandmother’s funeral. It was an incredibly stressful and emotional time for our family, and the kindness shown by the hotel staff made a lasting impression on us.

We had brought our dog, Browny, with us because our dog sitter fell through at the last minute. Unfortunately, while we were away, Browny woke up in his crate and started barking, disturbing other guests. We fully expected to receive a complaint, a fine, or even be asked to leave.

Instead, the staff went above and beyond. They entered the room, brought Browny down to the office, and spent time with him until we could return. When we got back, we learned that Browny had made friends with everyone! Their compassion, understanding, and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant more to us than they could possibly know.

The entire staff was professional, caring, and truly exceptional. We are so grateful for the kindness they showed our family and our dog. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a heartwarming memory. We will never forget it.
