Hallway carpets are dirty. A/C is off during early hours leaving the room hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Wall unit filters need to be replaced/cleaned. Smelled like mold.

Room 217 - the fridge was defrosting and flooded the floor when I opened it. I cleaned that up. There was no hot water, so wasn't able to shower. Told the front desk they said they would make a note of it. TV didn't work unless I unplugged the cable box and restarted it. Every time I turned it off I had to reset the cable box again. Since I purchased through Expedia I was not able to get any type of compensation for two rooms. I also reserved room 218 and they had no hot water. Would not recommend this hotel. Expedia should compensate me for the inconvenience since the hotel didn't seem to care. All I ask for is a bed and shower; well I got one.

Beautiful finishes, well maintained, clean, staff helpful and pleasant. Great experience. Tucked in behind other properties on the highway so you have to watch for their sign.

Comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast in a.m. to get the day started. So clean and quiet.

After a long day of traveling I had high hopes for this hotel, which unfortunately went unfulfilled. The night clerk was very kind & upgraded me to a suite because she knew my original room “smelled bad”. This made more sense as while waiting the lobby was filled with several unsavory drunken characters: apparently regulars well known to the clerk. The room itself was large & seemed nice, but was located right next to the heavily trafficked elevators. The tissue paper walls allowed me to hear all the noise from the elevators & room next door, which went on until 0200 & resumed again at 0630. The carpet below the HVAC unit was soaking wet & accounted for an unpleasant musty smell. Definitely one of my least favorite recent hotel experiences.

The staff was good, hotel was okay. The area had some food choices. Can't complain. Straight shot to Wichita on 400

Was able to book easily. Checked in okay. Person at registration having personal problems so not very happy at time. Room was nice but the toilet seat lid/seat loose and came off when using. The shower had not been cleaned and looked like maybe didn’t get finished cleaning. Refrigerator had food from previous people that might have stayed in same room. Let front desk know when checking out and she didn’t seem to care much. The people who work at front desk make first & last impression so we were not impressed by the personnel but the lobby looked nice and clean so that helped when first got there.
