housekeeper knocked on my door only once and then immediately opened the door without waiting for a response. My family and I were inside the room, and this was an invasion of our privacy.

Guter Empfang und Service Personal sehr nett. Zimmer waren tiptop mit allem was man braucht. Zudem eher grosse Zimmer. Waren sogar zwei mal da.
Restaurants haben wir nicht ausprobiert.

Excellent stay with great location and outstanding service
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at NH Collection Colombo. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Our room had a beautiful view, and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from every morning.

What made our stay even more memorable was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home.

Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Colombo

The Perfect End to Our Honeymoon
Pros:

NH Collection Colombo is truly the best hotel in Colombo! Even though we only stayed for a few hours before our flight home, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, the service was outstanding, and the staff made our honeymoon even more special.
We also really appreciated the thoughtful breakfast box they prepared for us since we had to leave before breakfast.
A special thank you to Chathura, Tharun, Mangala, Sajith, and especially Lakmal, the best bartender! Thank you all for your amazing hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Experience
Pros:

I went with my husband on our honeymoon. Very nice hotel with a rooftop pool and jaccuzzi with a great view. Clean and had international cuisine. The staff are so friendly and all know English. It’s a very safe place and Colombo in general is beautiful.

Mr. Ravini was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

NH Collection Colombo- Nice hotel!
Pros:

NH Collection hotel is around center of Colombo, the location is very convenient and good to go anywhere we want! The atomsphere is excellent and service are excellent! Especially Tashani madam, very kind and generous to help us!
