Ευγενικό προσωπικό, ωραίος ο χωρος του πρωινού με πολλές επιλογές στο φαγητό, ωραία η τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο σούπερ μάρκετ αλλα και παντού.

Cons:

θα συνιστούσα η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο να γίνεται με πιο επιμέλεια, μιναμε 3 βράδια και δεν εγινε σκούπισμα του δωματίου καμία μερα.

Attention a la femme de l'accueil !

Cons:

Une certaine tashani qui gère l'accueil du bâtiment, elle essaie de vous convaincre de passer par ces taxi pour être sur de ne pas se faire arnaquer cependant une fois que nous avons fait nos recherche, elle a tout simplement essayé d'abuser de nous en faisant payer 11000 lkr au lieu de 2600 lkr. Harcèlement téléphonique ect ... Un mauvais élément pour cet hôtel splendide !

We were disappointed with our stay due to serious issues during check-in and lack of transparency regarding the mandatory New Year’s Eve dinner.
Check-in took an unreasonably long time, as the staff could not locate our reservation despite all confirmations being provided. After a long journey with a child, we had to wait for a very long time. No apology or goodwill gesture was offered.
Upon arrival, we were informed that participation in the New Year’s Eve gala dinner was mandatory and payable. This information was not clearly or transparently presented during booking. The only reference was a small link located at the very bottom of the page, which required additional steps to open and did not clearly explain the conditions. We did not explicitly confirm or agree to these charges. When we tried to refuse, we were told that check-in would not be possible without payment.
Even after we accepted the situation and paid, the information about the dinner was extremely unclear. We tried in advance to understand what food and drinks were included and whether anything additional needed to be ordered for our child, but our questions were ignored. It was not explained that drinks were not included. We were charged for our child, but he was not offered even water or juice, and there was no child-friendly food. On New Year’s Eve, he ate only potatoes. In total, we paid around 300 EUR (50 EUR for drinks above, receipts available).
This experience does not meet the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. We requested compensation, but have not yet received any response.

Pros:

Rooms have a very good desk to work. Fast elevators. Good internet.

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast could be definitely better. One would expect modern coffee machines with various choices as is common in 4-5 star hotels. Cleaning of tables in breakfast rooms is slow.
