Tolles Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Bett war bequem, Frühstück und Abendessen waren vielseitig, lecker und abwechslungsreich, wlan war gut, nur 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Bahnstation, Pool auf Rooftop war super mit Bar.

Cons:

Das Check-in an der Rezeption hatte jedes Mal recht lange gedauert, da ich nach 6 Nächten noch 4 x einzeln verlängern musste wegen Rückflugstreichung (Nahostkrieg).

Schimmel im Badezimmer (vor allem beim Rollo in der Dusche) sowie im Flur, teilweise roch es auch stark nach Schimmel, was sehr unangenehm war. Ein Safe wäre hilfreich

Cons:

The service at the rooftop bar was extremely disappointing. In one evening I visited the bar twice and both experiences were poor. The first time I arrived, I was seated for more than 10 minutes and no staff approached to take my order. Eventually, I had to go to the bar counter myself to place the order. Later in the evening when I ordered my last drink, it took more than 15 minutes to be delivered. When I asked for the bill, it again took around 10 minutes before it was brought to the table.

Before leaving, I shared this feedback with the manager.

About an hour later I returned to the rooftop bar hoping the service would improve, but unfortunately the experience was similar. I was seated and a staff member came to take photos for another guest, but left the area without taking my order. I had to wave to another staff member before someone finally came to take my order for coffee.

Additionally, the coffee setup in the room was very dusty, which gave the impression that the area had not been properly cleaned before arrival.

Overall, the service standards at the rooftop bar and attention to room cleanliness need improvement.

No value for money, not chain standards
Cons:

The hotel is in not NH standards, I changed 3 rooms are they were all dusty and the interior and finishing is very worn out and old. And the staff didn’t handle things smoothly, very immature in hospitality.

The third room I stayed in was premium, it wasn’t great but better than the first 2, when I went to pay, they wanted to charge me the premium rate which is double the rate I booked originally and they had upgraded me, I’m never encountered a hotel where they upgrade a guest for an issue they have and ask the guest to pay! I refused and eventually paid my rate.

Upon checkout, I paid and was waiting for my luggage, I asked the lady if I can get my luggage she said yes, in any other hotel someone would be assigned to get the luggage to the taxi, in NH she said yes and was expecting me to go behind concierge area to take my luggage - which is what I did eventually.

Excellent hotel option.
Pros:

Conveniently located hotel, close to sea, and many local restaurants. Excellent Thai food in a specialist restaurant. Good range of options for European or Asian breakfasts. Great airy rooftop bar and pool. Very agreeable and knowledgeable staff.

Bought 2 nights standard room, didn’t request to upgrade, but,receptionist asked to pay for an upgrade, but, I denied. R

Location and the roof top bar was nice !

Cons:

Staffs were not polite.
House keeping was not up to satisfaction, always forgetting to put towels or bath kits !
Smells in the passages !!
