Location is excellent, the stay overall was great. Cleanliness 10/10 and the ladies at the front desk, Tashani, Ganguli and Rivini, were absolutely fantastic, accommodated all our requests and needs. Absolutely loved our stay at NH Collection Colombo! The hotel is in a prime location with stunning views of the city and ocean. Our room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with excellent amenities and a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome.
Breakfast had a great variety of options, and the rooftop pool and bar area was perfect for relaxing in the evening. Everything from check-in to checkout was seamless. Highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers in Colombo!
