Pros:

Location bang Opposite Saibaba Mandir. Hotel rooms adequate size for a family of four.

Cons:

No hot water provided during our stay even after several request. Toilet needs upgrade even very basic amenities are not available. No common TV channels are available. They don't have any restaurant facility and food menu is expensive which they bring from adjacent hotels and add their own charges

Nothing good about this hotel other than the location ,opposite to gate 1
Pros:

Location of hotel is favourable ,because it was very near to gate 1...that's the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Staff are very rude not accomodative at all,the kettle was full of rust,I bet they didn't wash it for ages. There are no facilities in the hotel other than the king sized beds,everything in the washroom(the door knobs,flush,taps all are broken.

Reception folks are very unfriendly and grumpy. Room has no soap and towels were very old and dirty. bathroom has no towel holders and ac water is dripping on head.

Pros:

The manager denied a room booking when we arrived there and after arguing for half an hour allocated a small dirty room. The linen was torn and the room didn't have the facilities shown on the website. Very limited breakfast option. Don't ever take the breakfast package.

Pathetic!!!!!
Pros:

A/C did not work for two nights. Gave RO water with full soapy smell in it. No Wi fi. Paid pretty good for the rooms per day but pathetic service and maintainence. Didn’t even offer any reduction until I asked for it. Reduction was 800 ra. Will strongly suggest not to book this hotel. V bad experience. The manager even didn’t see me to address my issues. Very disappointing.

The location of the hotel is awesome. Room condition is ok, but bathrooms are bad. Hot water doesn’t come always. Water Flaucet looses and doesn’t work properly. Bathroom cleanness was very bad.

Pros:

only 4 bottles of water per day for family of 5 people. If needed more we need to buy from restaurant. AC did not work properly. Amenities provided are not satisfactory. My famiky not happy with the stay.

The rooms were good, but the towels provided were dirty and torn. Though in the booking confirmation is was mentioned breakfast complimentary, but we were asked to pay for it. Restaurant is non-ac and needs to be more pleasent.

Pros:

The rooms are smelly and bath room is horrible. No room service at all during the entire stay. Don't accept credit card. Towels are horrible and towels are not replaced during the stay. Very very poor facility.
