Pros:

Very clean and well kept rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Including the staff at the Restaurant (especially Dipak Das). They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and support you during the stay.

Excellent place to stay and will stay there during my next visit
Pros:

Room hygiene was exemplary. The check-in process was hassle-free. The Manager on Duty Mr Dibyajyoti was very courteous and an excellent promoter of Jivanta Marigold. Makes guests feel at ease. The car arrangement for drop and pick up from the temple is an excellent facility indeed. Could probably have a dedicated number to call for pick up from the temple. Food provided in the restaurant was nice. A staff member Mr Jeevanantham was so kind enough to make us feel at ease and guide us for the darshan in Shirdi temple. My special appreciations to both Mr Dibyajyoti and Mr Jeevanantham.

Cons:

The room that i stayed - the shower room has the slope in the opposite direction for water flow. Should be corrected. Water is flowing back towards us to a different drain point. The drain point directly under the shower does not serve the purpose.

Food was good but could be more tasty. The sambhar provided was more of tamarind than dhal. Similarly the restaurant could not provide a decoction based black coffee even if we are ready to order and wait. Could be looked into.

Pros:

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

It took an extremely long time to get a bucket of warm water. After paying a premium for a family room, it was very disappointing to have to struggle just to get hot water. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, but the management really needs to address this issue and ensure guests have reliable access to hot water.
