Billing was not provided as per requested while booking through expedia. Rest ambiance and room is ok. But need to be more improvements

Hotel In Madurai
Pros:

Hotel is comfortable and well equipped. The staff was friendly. We had to leave early morning and paid our bill the previous night. In the morning the staff could not print out the final folio and confirm that what we paid was indeed what was due. This was disappointing.
