Pros:

部屋が広くて清潔だった。浴槽も広くてきれい。ドライヤーも髪がさらさらになり、良かった。朝食もバラエティーに富んでおり、おいしかった。
森ノ宮駅への送迎シャトルバスもありがたい。
キャッスルビューのお部屋も予想以上。

大阪マラソン救護本部の担当に最適な宿
Pros:

大阪マラソンの前泊として泊まったが、最高なロケーションだった。
窓からはライトアップされた夜の大阪城、朝日に照らされる大阪城のどちらも楽しめた。
部屋はとても清潔で快適だった。

Clean, nice view, but I would skip if I was from abroad
Pros:

Room was very clean, the view of castle was nice. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

The TV had no English channels. Not even 1 so there was nothing I could watch on TV. For breakfast, many of the meat items were not marked with any English signs so I had no idea what was available, so I only ate a piece of bread and a few slices of fishcake. This is probably OK for local guests but not those from abroad especially with dietary restrictions.

A superb unforgettable experience for a first time traveller to Japan
Pros:

The hotel staff at the reception , shuttle service and breakfast areas were very friendly , polite and helpful 👍 they made sure their guests were comfortable at all times

Buenos servicios dentro del hotel y buenas vistas desde habitaciones

Cons:

Un poco alejado de transporte público pero tienen servicio de bus , estaría bueno que envíen eso detallado antes del check in

Pros:

飛行機遅延のため到着がかなり遅くなったけど心地よく入館できました。大阪城を見ながら朝食が食べれたのは最高でした(部屋が反対側だったので)。また宿泊したいと思います。

Cons:

部屋にお茶ティーパックだけではなくインスタントでよいのでコーヒーも欲しかった。

・空調の調子が悪い部屋だったのか、あまり効いていなかった

バスの送迎も結構あって助かりました
