Pros:

Emplacement en face du grand parc du château et vue sur le château d'Osaka. Literie très confortable. Une des réceptionnistes nous a très bien conseillés pour notre transfert à l'aéroport Kansai International (il faut réserver un taxi jusqu'à l'arrêt des bus limousines, qui ensuite nous ont amenés à KIX pour un prix très raisonnable). Possibilité de laisser les bagages après le check-out. Petite cafétéria où l'on peut avoir un repas léger ou une boisson.

Cons:

Le buffet déjeuner seulement de 7 à 9, qui ferme à 9h00 pile, mieux vaut être bien en avance si l'on souhaite se resservir.

I would consider staying there again for the location and quality of the hotel.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at during our travels.
Pros:

The staff is incredibly caring and friendly! The rooms are spotlessly clean. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bathroom is kept in pristine condition. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We received fresh towels, bathrobes, and slippers every day. You can pick up toiletries at the reception desk. The breakfast is magnificent!

Pros:

It's the best hotel I have ever stay in. Their staffs are very helpful and passionate, especially the lady who can speaks mandarin. We arrived very early and they kept luggage for us. We also used their coin laundry and borrowed umbrellas before checking in. They have shuttle bus to near train station. The room and bathroom are very thoughtful designed. We stayed in a castle view room which is absolutely amazing. We wish we can come back next time.

Great value.
Pros:

Although the hotel is a little older, it's very nice, very clean and the rooms are super large compared to Japanese standards. We even had views of the castle from our windows.

Cons:

Aside from being very easy to get to the castle, it's far away from other tourist spots in Osaka. The bed was also not very comfy.
