Das Hotel hat keinen einzigen Stern verdient. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und überfordert. Der Gästeservice nimmt keine Anregungen an! Die gesamte Anlage ist stark abgenutzt. Die Liegen am Pool (Plastik) sind vielfach kaputt. Fitnessraum geschlossen, da Geräte kaputt. Das Hotel wird im Internet mit 5 Sternen beworben und 5-Sterne Preise werden abkassiert. Es ist offensichtlich, das nichts investiert wurde und wird, reines Abkassieren!

Çatal kaşıklar lekeli. Otopark sürekli problem. Aracın anahtarını alıyorlar yerini bulamıyorlar. Odalardan çöpler düzenli alınmıyor. Yemekhanede kullandıkları malzemeler kendilikle kaliteli değil
