It was not even starred the wake up call never happened. It was all dirty

Although I had communication difficulties since the hotel/ Expedia only publishes its phone number for contact (which would have meant costly calls from USA) and no email or text options, i found the staff willing to help me once I had arrived, including getting up early to secure me a taxi. The room was comfy and welcoming.

The room was so dirty , everything in it was so old and outdated .. Not worth for the money at all !!! Room was so dark , bathroom was old and so weird ... Because of all these couldnt sleep at all ... So disappointing..
Yesilkoy is a beautiful area and I strongly suggest that renovate the hotel make it cleaner , nicer !!!

a very nice location and the owners were amazing.. needs a bit of tuning as the heater in our room was barely wofking.

Room is not modern or updated but still comfortable. If you are looking for a location close to the airport this could be a good fit. Convenient 10 minute taxi ride to Airport.
Situated right on the waterfront with a walkway for miles to explore and enjoy the views. Aqua Mall about a 30 minute walk.
Neighborhood is vibrant and lively at night with many choices of food and markets.
I would recommend staying here but to not expect too much from the room itself.

We were here for one night only. The hotel is a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable and the room very very large. The shower did need updating, but was functional. The room itself was clean. The breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. It takes about 40 mins to get to the "Blue Mosque" in Istanbul but on the way back it took nearly 2 hours due to traffic, so really not a place to stay if you want to visit old Istanbul, saying that, it is on the coast and only 15 mins from Atta Turk Airport which is handy. Yesilkoy itself seems to be very very popular with the young people at night and was really buzzing, but it is more expensive to eat there, it is mainly fish restaurants. We would go back but again not the place for sightseeing in Istanbul. Thank you to all the staff for their help and assistance.

4128 nolu odada kaldım. Personel ve otelin konumu hariç çok pis,yırtık perdeler , pis yatak takımı ve havlular ,gürültü .... hayatımda böyle kötü bir odada konaklamadım

Son derece kötü ve pis bir otel. Deniz manzarası için ekstra para istiyorlar. Hiç yatmadık. Parami yaktim

Evet güzel bir deneyim yasadım. Suclu kimdir bilmiyorum. Gece saat 21 de otele gittim ve odaların dolu oldugunu ögrendim. o saatte yeniden otel aramak zorunda kaldım. hotels.com un Türkçe bilmeyen elemanlarıyla telefonda anlaşmak mümkün olmadıgı için suçlu kim anlayamadım. Ancak oteldenmi yoksa hotels.com dan dolayımı bilmiyorum igrenç bir gün yaşadım. Bana göre her ikinide başarısızsınız.

Great Hotel. Stayed 5 nights at this location and hotel. I visit Istanbul every 3-4 months and usually stay in the Taksim area. This is a nice getaway by an ok beach. Great restaurants at the door steps. About a 20 minute walk to the shopping center. 5 minute taxi ride to the airport and metro station if you are going to Taksim is just about 20 minutes or less away. This small hotel I believe is a family run. Best service and accommodation I have ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world!

Was an amazing

I can't believe the light near my room's entrance are broken .
The room are designed to have 6 lightbulbs , only 2 of it are working .
Staff are nice , location are great , 10 mins from the airport .

I feel myself as at home here. I like to stay at 2nd floor because is perfect view to sea and marina. Its look marvelously at morning.
This hotel is good place to staying for spotters. Only 5-6 minutes by walking and you can take perfect photos of aircrafts which starts landing to Atatürk airport.
Staff is kind and helpful. I wish to say thanks to Asu, Utku and zaneslo. Just I missed Dursun bay, he was wonderful manager and friend. So sorry he went back to his parents home at Turkmenistan.
I like this hotel very much but I should to say about some problems there. First: no elevator....and wifi works not so good at 2nd floor. For example my IPhone wrote NO INTERNET CONNECTION and I could not connect with Instagram and Facebook...
Will be one problem for summer (for warm time generally): mosquito....no protection on windows:-(
But i wish nice staying to all at this hotel!

Отель старый, но это впринцыпе плохой инфы не несет, но: в номере здесь всё устарело: от ванной комнаты до старых допотопных шкафов. Кроме: Шикарная 2-х местная кровать, постельное белье (иногда крутые отели такому белью могут позавидовать) и одеяла. Хорошо, что есть дополнительная 1 местная кровать и диван для отдыха.

We stayed 5 night. Cosy place for those who are tired of hotel chaines. A well managed family owned and family managed hotel. Very friendly owners and staff. In especially Bayram was extraordinary helpful, far beyond one can expect. Rooms to the seafront are recently refurbished and better and higher priced. Astonishingly relatively quiet. Only breakfast served, but huge range of all class of restaurants within few minutes walking distance.

I needed a room for one night and it was a very comfortable and good sized room. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the location of the Hotel, right beside the sea is also great. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
