Εχουμε ξανά πάει στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο είναι καταπληκτικό … οι παροχές του σπα πολύ καλές, η κοπέλα που μας έκανε μασάζ ήταν πολύ καλή κ φιλική, το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό κ εξυπηρετικό … άνετο δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο κ πολύ κοντά σε ότι μαγαζί χρειάζεσαι … το χειμώνα είναι πολύ κοντά στα λιφτ για σκι…

Pros:

Обслужването беше на ниво. Усмихнат и любезен персонал. Храната беше много вкусна. Стаята голяма,чиста и светла с прекрасна гледка.
Пак ще го посетим. Останахме изключително доволни!

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και το πρωινό την πρώτη ημέρα που ήταν μπουφές με πάρα πολλές επιλογές.

Cons:

Η πόρτα στο μπάνιο ήταν εμφανώς φθαρμένη. Το πρωινό την δεύτερη ημέρα ήταν με μενού με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι τόσο πλούσιο όσο την πρώτη ημέρα. Το ξενοδοχείο έδειχνε την ηλικία του.

стаите са хубави, но според мен тряжва да поработят над комплиментите към гостите в стаята.

не е нормално в хотел с 4 звезди да нямаш комплимент минерална вода и капсули за кафе… прахче инстантно кафе е подигравка като комплимент…това си е стандарт във всички нормални хотели..
