Lokalizacja OK.

Cons:

Zamawiałem przez Booking WIDOK NA MORZE - dostałem WĄSKI widok na morze pomiędzy budynkami.
Zgłosiłem w recepcji reklamację, nie było żadnej reakcji.
Śniadania przeciętne, jajecznica słabiutka przesmażona, boczek spalony na wiór, mało owoców, menu monotonne.
Hotel nie ma swojej plaży.
Parking płatny, mało miejsc parkingowych. Byłem po sezonie - ciekawe jak to wygląda w sezonie?
Za te pieniądze nie polecam.

Pros:

Locație bună,personal amabil,curățenie în camera,prosoape schimbate zilnic,piscina curata,animatori tineri care întrețineau atmosfera la piscină,hotel curat,spațiu verde bine întreținut,wifi gratuit,fără parolă,de bună calitate.

Cons:

Parcare 40 leva pe zi și nu răspunde nimeni de eventualele daune produse mașinii,lipsă factură contravaloare parcare(dar banii iau cerut înainte să ne cazeze)nerespectare program lobby bar(se închide mai devreme cu o oră),am solicitat eliberarea facturii în limba engleză spunându-le că-mi va fi mai simplu la traducere pentru decontare,dar o eliberase deja în bulgară și au refuzat politicos spunându-mi că necesita timp,snack barul de la piscină foarte slab calitativ,prăjiturile lasă de dorit,sucurile,cafeaua de slabă calitate,garniturile pentru fripturi puține și de slabă calitate(orez fiert,legume fierte,paste,cartofi),restaurant mic,insuficient pentru numărul de turiști cazați,coadă la clătite zilnic.In ce privește odihna după amiaza nu puteai de plansetele și gălăgia copiilor iar noaptea de adulții care vorbeau tare pe balcon sau în zona piscinei sau trânteau ușile de proastă calitate de la intrarea în apartament,pereții despărțitori erau din rigips,neizolati,unitatea exterioara de la aerul condiționat situată pe balcon în fața dormitorului facea foarte mare zgomot.Am rezervat un apartament cu.vedere la mare și ne-au cazat la etajul doi de unde se vedea marea foarte puțin printre două hoteluri și copaci.Lipsă tv în dormitor.Per total o experiență neplăcută!Din păcate nu vom reveni!

Personalul este foarte prietenos și răspunde cu promptitudine la orice cerere.
Condițiile sunt OK. Camerele sunt luminoase si spatioase. Se face curățenie zilnic.
Estr o locație foarte bună pentru familii cu copii.

В готелі два ресторани,але працював один тому були величезні черги та відсцтність вільних столів.Щоб поїсти треба хвилин 15 витратити на пошук вільного стола
