AC unit was not working
Air conditioner was much too noisy and we are used to extra large cotton sheets. Your were not wide enough for two people to sleep comfortably. My husband and I did not get a good nights sleep.
Left a piece of personal property which the general manager agreed to mail to me. Two weeks have passed and I still do not have the package. Delays in mailing and the wrong address have caused further delays in receiving this package. Careless attention to my phone number and address have caused significant delays. Poor service.
Convenient to resturants and where we needed to be. Friendly front desk staff. Overall cleanliness not great in the room.

There was horrible smell at motel on two nights of stay. Staff changed their response to each person that complained. On morning of checkout, elevators were not working. I went downstairs and asked the desk clerk if they were aware. She continued looking at her cell phone and said, "yeah." There was a guy also working sitting on couch in entry area. Neither moved. It would have taken a few minutes to put a sign on the ONE elevator on the only three floors. No concern or care given by your staff. My husband and I are both senior citizens with both replacement knees. It was tough but the lack of concern by your staff was shocking. They honestly didn't care that the smell was horrible or that people were waiting on a broken elevator that had no signage.
Clean, well kept property with friendly staff. Also a good value. What more can you ask for?
