Great location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Just a short walk to Jomtien Beach. Food night market nearby, and a larger night market another 15 min walk away. Great location!

Cons:

The pool is extremely small so we didn't bother for a swim.

Lovely Swimming Pool!
Pros:

Lovely owner and great swimming pool! Room was nice with kettle, cups and saucers and coffee sachets. Hot shower also. Especially liked the swimming pool as it's enclosed, so very cool and refreshing. Great location for Jomtien beach. Will stay again!

An excellent clean hotel close to the beach in a quiet area with excellent WiFi and great staff
Pros:

Upon arrival the staff were so polite and efficient and helpful.
The hotel is quiet and has snacks and drink for free in the lobby area 24/7.
There is a lift to the upper floors for your convenience.
There is a pool which is small but is adequate.
This hotel is exceptional quiet and I'd go as far to say that for families with young children who need decent sleep this would be a great choice for the family.
The location is a 3 minute walk to the beach ⛱
Jomptien is basically not party town and for a good rest this area is perfectly matched for peace.
Close by (3 minutes walk) there are night markets for food drink and entertainment and also 7-Eleven which is decently stocked and excellent prices.
On the way to the beach in the evening there are a couple of places to eat including one place exactly next door to the hotel serving Thai dishes are affordable prices.
You can reach the hotel area from Central pattaya by taking a bhat bus bound for Jomptien costs 20 bhat and local bhat bus 10 bhat per trip.
Get on and off as you wish by pressing the bell.
