I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

It was an ok location for the price. The staff was nice enough.

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that the entire property was pet friendly, and unfortunately that was a major downside for me. The smell throughout the facility was overwhelming, it smelled strongly of dogs, mixed with an excessive amount of fragrance that seemed intended to cover it up. Walking through the hallways actually made me feel nauseous.

I was also disappointed that there wasn’t an inclusive breakfast option available. Instead, I had to spend over $50 for breakfast next door, which was very subpar and came with equally disappointing service.

Having to pay for parking and then walk around the corner to access it was also inconvenient. While it wasn’t the worst hotel experience I’ve had, it definitely wasn’t enjoyable, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.

Pros:

Não sei, não nos deixaram fazer o check in e ainda cobraram o valor cheio da estadia.

Cons:

Funcionários que não tinham quarto e preferiram cancelar minha estadia, mesmo eu estando na recepção para fazer o check in (com 2 bebês no colo!!!).

Based on the room rate charged, I expected much better service in the room.
Pros:

The staff were all very pleasant and accomodating.

Cons:

First room had no lamps, shower curtain, coffee maker, refrigerator, or bureau for clothes. Was moved to a new room that also had no shower curtain. Housekeeping never showed up to my room for the entire 2-day stay. 1 of 2 elevators were not in service for the entire stay...I had to walk down the stairs from the 6th floor.

Location, room, service. All great

Cons:

NO BREAKFAST. 😂 I've stayed at 3 Sonesta hotels in 3 states. This one was the only one with no continental breakfast. Not even a coffee. 😂
