Pros:

The room was nice.

Cons:

They in fact do not serve breakfast, even though it's clearly noted that they do when you book. Parking sucks and the valet .... He may be there, he may not.

Overall our stay was great because our time at the games were brilliant even thoughy we had a loss.
Pros:

Didn't have any food, we just stayed for a couple of ravens football games. We loved that it was close to the stadium (walking distance), and close to the harbour.

Cons:

All the staff where lovely during the day. Especially during checking in and checking out. But staff at night have little to say, not very helpful when it came to details and one or two not very nice.

Great stay at the heart of the city
Pros:

Great ambience and good location, however few other basic facilities like microwave oven, free complementary breakfast would be awesome

Large deposit required which takes 30 days to be returned.
Pros:

Nice hotel in general

Cons:

Was asked to pay a $250 deposit on my $120 room which was a lot for a one night stay.
It took 30 days to get this deposit back, constant communication from the hotel was that it would be back in the next 3-5 working days and never was.
Wouldn’t stay here again due to this and would warn others about this issue.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Location within walking distance of Inner Harbor and aquarium.

Cons:

The room reeked of cigarettes with a strong floral air freshener. The carpet was very dirty and stained. Bathroom floor not swept and tub had hair on walls. I chose this hotel as I have stayed in Sonesta at other locations but this was by far the worst. Checked out on night 2 of our 2 night stay

It was tolerable but I would stay elsewhere in the future.
Cons:

Check-in was a few hours late and staff were largely unapologetic. Hotel felt a bit dank.
