ロケーションは良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の暖房が強すぎ、「Low」で室温２８℃でした。一方で暖房を切ると寒い。夜中、暑さで起きてしまい、以降、眠れませんでした。

良かった。また桑名に泊まる時は利用したいと思う。
Pros:

受付のスタッフさんの対応が非常に丁寧で良かった。今回は仕事で桑名を訪れたが、プライベートでもこんな対応だったらとても良い旅になると感じた。受付をしてくれた女性スタッフをほめてあげて欲しい。

室内の空調が暖房しか出来なかった。実は私自身が暑がりで窓を開けて寝た。

土曜日だからといって　15000円/人　は高すぎる・・・
Pros:

駅から近いし　スタッフは丁寧でした。

Cons:

ユニットバスの風呂の排水が　詰まってはないのですが流れが悪く　足に溜まっていく感じでした。
ちょっとまったら流れていくのですが・・・さすがに遅すぎるでしょう。

清潔で、気持が良かったです。

Cons:

仕事、長旅を終え、やっとたどり着いた宿泊先でしたが、部屋に椅子（背もたれ付き）や簡易のセファーが無く、くつろげ無かった感があります。ベットはシングルで、もう少し小さくてもいいので是非設置部屋を追加してください。
